I pay for a side of sidekick and it is half full, the delivery person called me and I stated I would meet him in the lobby and when I quickly walked to the lobby my food was laying on the counter in a public area. I don't think that is right if I tipped and paid for a delivery fee. Very disappointed.
ONE HOUR to deliver my "Freaky Fast" order. I had to call the store twice with little help or concern. The driver marked it as "delivered" 20 minutes before it got here? This has been the second time I've had to wait an hour for my deliver. I should have known better. I was hoping service had improved. To make things even better, my sandwich was made incorrectly. Very disappointed.
Made the above online order and the two cookies were omitted from the order which I did not discover until I got home.
The store is located 7.2 miles from my house is a 15 minute drive so I did not return that day.
On the 8th day of June I was in the area so I thought that I would swing by and get my cookies.
I was asked to provide a receipt at first which I did by handing the clerk my phone.
After about a five minute wait, the clerk came back to the drive thru window and said"I apologize for the inconvenience but since it has been a few days and you did not come back sooner, we cannot give you your cookies."
I asked to speak to the manager and the guy at the window CAME outside and approached my truck in a threatening manner.
That is when another guy came to the window and told the other guy to come back inside.
I did not get my cookies.
It was the most bizarre insane thing I have ever seen.
If a driver doesn't show up for work, it may take longer to receive your delivery. I know first hand they work very hard to get them out as fast as possible. They will leave with as many delivery orders as possible. Many of them are spread out so it will take time to get it to you. Remember, you could be on their end of the stick so please be patient and also tip. Gas costs money.
They are absolutely amazing! They always get my rather complicated order correct! I have been to several stores and none of the others even came close! There staff are super friendly and extremely polite! I will be coming back to this location even though there is another store that is closer to me!
If Jimmy Johns cannot hire enough staff for the store on 41 in Marquette MI, then HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT! They are closed most weekends, many weekdays at 3! Ridiculous!
Almost every time I order from here they either forget the drink, chips, or both. They also proceed to slather 2 tbsp. At least of mayo and mustard even when you specifically ask for light mayo/mustard. It's actually fairly comical, considering how on the receipt they staple to your bag has your entire order w/instructions on it yet they always either forget half the order somehow or make the sandwich inedible. I'm NOT a picky eater but I just can't stomach a quarter jar a mayo on any sandwich. It's like when they're making the food do they even stop to consider, "would I eat this?" of course not. Absolutely no pride taken at all in all the locations I've eaten from especially ---1200 Cooper Point Rd SW UNIT 400, Olympia, WA *******--- Beware of this specific location as it is the most abysmal one I've seen. If you dont believe me just order delivery from there with a couple special instructions and prepare to be absolutely ripped off, and disappointed.
Hard, stale bread several times. I won't be going back. Sandwich lacks substance. Quality has deteriorated.
Our employer ordered lunch for us! Effing horrible... 42 people agree the worst they ever ate... flaccid tasteless bread a few strands of lettuce. Nothing numbered all thrown together. Surprise tasteless meat... they forgot the meat in some... it all ended up in the trash! HOW CAN you SELL THIS stuff!
Terrible place to work. Dont expect to be paid what you work or the amount to be correct. Bad bad bad business. Never recommend trust me.
I Purchased nine of the lunch boxes for my coworkers… The sandwich was a slice of turkey and some lettuce... I complained to the store… I complained to corporate… And I was told their sandwiches are made to very strict standards… The sandwich was a joke. Looked nothing like the picture… All I can say is thank God for subway because I will never go to this establishment again
I love this store and they messed up on my order and i hate to complain or call the manger and so i will right a review and express my thoughts. I ordered a root beer and its a coke and i hate coke
My medical practice spends about $7,000 per year (I treat my entire staff every 2 weeks) in business with the location at 2117 SE Federal Hwy in Stuart. There were some issues with JJ's web site 3/12/21, so we decided to call. We got cut off at first, then when we finally spoke to an employee, he said he was "too busy & had orders ahead of mine, go back to the website." In the background, someone said she had no time for orders. I asked a staff member for the owner's name & she refused to provide it. I provided my name & number, but no one bothered to call me back. I must say the staff they had previously was far more receptive to our orders. Current staff is disinterested. To get the order processed, especially since I made a commitment to my staff, a staff member had to go on her phone for the order to finally go through! Very tedious with the quantity of orders being placed.
I assumed that besides the Friday orders, my staff's frequent purchases we would be given some slight consideration. Recently observed by everyone is a significant increase of ice in the drinks, and the scarcity of meat in their "smoking kicking chicken" sandwich. I could continue listing other disappointments, but since the owner did not call me back, I guess my business is not sufficient. Maybe I should try Jersey Mike's.
Ordered to-go via the mobile app and purchased a pickle, cut in half, with my sandwich. When I got back to my office, I discovered the pickle was rotten and there was a huge dead pickle worm inside it, leaving a trail of excrement behind it. And unlike finding the prize at the bottom of my tequila bottle, this grossed me out. Clearly, anyone preparing food would have noticed it and tossed it aside before serving, right? Wrong. Then, to add insult to injury, I contacted the store and they said to contact main customer service, which I did; sent 2 emails with no response. I guess you could say I'm in a "pickle," because I'm at least due a refund, but also waiting for anyone with a pulse, unlike this little guy, to respond to my complaint. Oh and apparently, pickle worms are poisonous so, unless there's a secret pickle worm conspiracy afoot, I guess JJ feels I should be grateful I'm still alive, or sick, or maybe grossed-out... okay not sick but still grossed out. #pickleworm
The meat is tasteless unless you like salty and watery. The wheat bread is not healthier than the French. Only one cheese with a bland taste? No hot sandwiches or even toasted! Just not worth it. Managers are often too young and immature to run a store the right way. Owners don't care as long as they are making money. Go anywhere else for better quality, service, and value. I would show receipt if I didn't throw it away. My review is for the Louisville, Ky location, Westport store.
I am so sick of the stupid commercial you have for Jimmy's John's kicken chicken sandwich I don't care for Jimmy Johns as a whole but his commercial will effectively keep me from ever eating there again. Think about the intelligence of your audience before continuing with this type of advertising or maybe you are looking at the lack of intelligence of you audience

Wrote a review then i got a word back. They sent a virus to my phone. Amazing when a company treats you with bad service then treats you with a virus. I will never buy jimmy johns again and i will tell everyone about how you treat people.
There were two team members working. One guy was fully in uniform his other team member made me a sandwich with no gloves no mask and he wore a bookbag downtown fort wayne never again
I've never had a bad sandwich from any of your restaurants, but I tried that new chicken sandwich from the location in Sugar Grove, Illinois. It was AWFUL! Sorry I think you should pull it from menu! Btw the bread is key!
