I have placed several order with Jiffy over the years. Recently I placed an order on September 6,2025 for 2 dozen t-shirts. The order was paid for using Cash App. I received an order confirmation but the order was never processed or ship. I waited one week and still not order. I filled out the online form and no one reached out. I finally went to their Facebook page and posted a comment. They replied the I would receive a refund on my Cash App in 5 to 7 business days.
Super easy to place a group t-shirt order so that's why we're doing it again for the team!

I have always been pleased with all my orders, with the exception of my most recent order. The sizes of my transfers was not what i ordered. I contacted customer service, and matter was handled within a timely matter. I just wish there was a live person to speak with.
Shipping makes or breaks small business owners. Pricing has gone up as well. More competitive pricing in other retailers. Shipping for different brands is a kill the deal. Wish it was all centralized and offer free shipping for all products over 59 but to meet the minimun for 2 sometimes 3 vendors doesnt make financial sense for small business
