I'm happy with the product, just not their policy. Here my example. I ordered some shirts, they arrive mid week, I got busy and didn't open the box till the following Monday. Found out I was missing one shirt. Went to the website and found out any errors need to be reported in 3 days. So I missed out on reporting an incorrect order by one or two days.Yes I should have checked it right away, but why the short window?
