I had an issue with a previous order, but Jiffy customer service was so easy to work with, and they replaced the pieces that were incorrect with speed and accuracy. I was very satisfied and have placed more orders!

The shipping company they use always has "sorting delays" and do not get to you in time. Jiffy has always been the company I've used, but lately, they have been slacking. I'm going to give this one more go and see if they can deliver.

I would say that my tech and computer skills aren't the greatest. Having said that, I looked at and tried to use other companies for price quotes and downloading designs. Jiffy was, by far, the easiest and offered great prices. I was in a crunch so I was hoping 🤞the HTV I ordered looked and worked good. When I received my order, the size and print was very accurate. The instructions on line were simple and easy to follow. I pressed my 1st shirt and WOW! The feel of the transfer was more like a silk screen and not plastic feeling, which is exactly what I wanted. It gives the shirts a more expensive look and feel. I will say that the 70 ladies who ordered shirts were super impressed. The shirts have washed great. I will be using Jiffy moving forward!

Used Jiffy to create a tshirt and crewneck for my sideline cheer team. Both products were exceptional and fast turn around. We have loved our experience and plan to use Jiffy more in the future as well!

Very happy with the next day shipping. Wow. All the products were great- but, I wouldn't recommend their vynal stickers for heavy use.

I placed an order for a customer who then changed their mind. The refund process was extremely easy and it was processed quickly. I didn't even have to pay for return shipping. I was very pleased with the service of my refund.

It depends on here my shirts have come from. Some times they are neatly folded and other times they are rolled up in a ball. I wish it ws consistent!

I love the quality and fast shipping BUT I continuously have issues with prints that have been submitted not being printed as is, as selected by printing options. But, overall, items have been corrected and I will continue to use the business.

I have been ordering all my transfers from Jiffy and this last batch wasn't up to the quality I have come to expect. The transfers feltmore plastic and didn't blend into the fabric as much. I was disappointed

I ordered t-shirts and online they look like the same color but when I received them they are very different. It will cost me more to return plus the hassle.

Received someone else's order and have tried to get replacement sent next day but here i am repurchasing it so that I can hopefully make a deadline! I have loved this company up to this point and have always had a fast response when I've needed something fixed. Very disappointed!

I like the products, but I have to purchase quite a bit to get free shipping and it can vary depending on the type of product purchased.

I have used Jiffy for many years. The site is always easy to use and the quality of the products is always amazing. The very few times there was either a missing item or the color wasn't correct. Jiffy was very accommodating and helpful on getting the issue resolved. Because of this I will remain a long time customer.

Always quick shipping, and any issue is always resolved quickly. They go above and beyond to make sure things are resolved and you're taken care of. There have been a few bumps for me with ordering DTFs and they have been very helpful.
