I've been wearing Comfort Colors t shirts for many years, and I have noticed that the fabric is not nearly as thick as it used to be. I'm not s7re when this happened, probably several years ago. Also, I have had problems with some shirts in which the neck gets stretched out and looks bad. Now, though, the neck openings are too tight, maybe to keep them from stretching out, but they are not comfortable. The quality has gone down. I wonder if I could find the original quality through a different vendor?
I gave a specific instructions that only letters, logos, designs and numbers will be transferred to the cups/saucers but what arrived was a design in a paper sticker. I requested to replace it but I haven't heard anything
Ordered the shirts expecting to get them on time they started was shipped by ups and then later got handed off to the post office and they arrived later than when was expected. Just disappointed in the whole experience honestly

This was my first time creating stickers. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. I just out in another order for my nieces birthday. I just learned about die cut as well as I wished I had knew before I put my 1st order in but that's all apart of learning.

I ordered reflective DTF and I'm so pleased with it.
Blanks were delivered, but I'm still waiting on my transfers, which have no tracking and just states "warehouse delay" for the past 5 days. They have always shipped next day previously. Jiffy customer service has not responded to my request for the order status. I only want to know if the order is going to be fulfilled or not. I understand there are delays here and there but no communication is a red flag for me. There is no number to call. Very disappointing as I thought I had a trusted company to order from in Jiffy.
Everything I order comes in very quickly and is amazing quality. I had a hiccup in my order last week. I emailed them at 8:30 at night and I had a new order before the end of the next day. Customer service is amazing. I cannot see enough amazing things about the company.
I ordered shirts and with the shirts came free transfers. I found out that I ordered the wrong sized shirts and I canceled the order within 2 minutes. But then within another two minutes, I noticed I could change the size of the shirt. So I tried to I also emailed you guys to see if we can get that fixed. I didn't need the transfers, because I print my own.But as long as they were free, I was going to get them. It ended up. I had to reorder the shirts and I had to pay for the transfers. So I ended up costing me double for something I really didn't need in the first place.
Jiffy is always my go to for shirts and other apparel. I have had much successes using Jiffy in the past. Usually I find everything I need. But lately, it's becoming much harder to find what I need. So many things out of stock with no eta of restock.

My DTF sheet came damaged on tuesday 4/7. After examining i reached out and sent photos. To this day i have not heard anything about making this right. I requested a reprint i even requested a refund. I will be opening a complaint with paypal.
