I made a large order for shirts for my students. However, it looked like there was a spot on the printer that created a smudge on nearly all of the transfers. I took pictures and submitted a claim for a reprint. It's been nearly a week and no response. I also emailed but with no response. This is strange because when I had a similar issue with another shirt they responded right away. It's disappointing because I don't think I will have the shirts in time, or the students will have to wear damaged shirts that I unfortunately paid for.
I have placed 7 orders in past 2 weeks. I have currently received 5 of those 7 orders. Of the 5 I have received 3 times I was sent the wrong DTF transfers. This is bad business amd is causing me to give my customers bad business. I have missed deadlines and lost money and future buisness due to these "mistakes". What makes it worst is you xamt person talk to a person. You get a AI chat bot or response by email the next day. At the rate they are going I expect at least 1 of my next 2 orders to be messed up. I guarantee you they will be the last orders I ever place with Jiffy.
I buy shirts from these guys all the time. They always have what I need, always an accurate order or easily resolvable, and for location, I get the products with free shipping in 2 days.

Absolutely amazing, the quality of the product and the fast turnaround exceeded my expectations. This site is... IT! Pick a blank T-shirt, get a free DTF. I submitted a tropical image in created with AI and the DTF I received was spot on! Unbelievable VIBRANT color! When you get that at such an amazing price and fast shipping, makes me wonder why I would get shirts or transfers any other way! Try it... you won't regret it!
Two of the biggest designs that I had printed were miss colored. While I did get a refund, It didn't cover shipping, which was very disappointing.
