I love the all there products
Great quality, easy to order, fast turn around, and when I did have an issue the customer service rep was so quick to answer questions and find the best and fastest solution. Will use Jiffy for all my needs with custom stickers
I reordered several items, but the color was different. It's our team logo, so it had to match. I notified them of the issue as soon as I received the order. They quickly corrected the order, and we received our matching sweatshirts. They are so soft and look amazing!
Print and everything are pretty good. The only problem I've been having is the print and not being the right size I put in the right side but when I get my order, it's not the correct size.

Jiffy team has always been there for any issues that any occur. As a business owner myself, I understand what lengths you go to maintain customer relationships. Jiffy team is doing a great job of it. Guys, you have a long term customer here. My recent experience was with a DTF issues. I had a deadline and you guys made it happen fast.
I have order a lot and most of the time I am satisfied with the product, but the Last two times i have ordered mostly black images the ink is not sharp. Dull pics and lines in images.
I have been using jiffy for almost 2 years, i used to love how they had one day shipping and would get my stuff so fast. Lately for the last 2-3 months my orders started getting delayed and sometimes rescheduled more then one time. Now to the point that i get my orders after i no longer need them. They used to be very quick to communicate with me and now i just get ignored. My orders are more than 100s and now its just clear that its gonna be my last order. Go back to how yall were jiffy it was working out better but now yall just have to much added that its now affecting other orders
I recently had an issue with an order that was not shipped or billed correctly, however, after some back and forth, Amanda and Erica were able to help fix the issue. I appreciated the phone call from Erica and the service she provided. Will continue to be a Jiffy customer. Heidi

I've purchased blanks from here for a few years and now that Dtf's are offered I like the way they press and feel when pressing them.
I like the quality of the shirts people who decide to order from me they come back! Transfers are the best!
Great price. You get what you're paying for. True to size and tons of color options. I had a few spots on 3 of my shirts but was able to press my design right over it.
I usually have zero issues with the quality of the shirts I received from Jiffy besides an occasional hole here and there. But this last batch of Gilden black shirts had loose seams and the bottoms of the shirts in the arms. I have reached out to Jiffy customer service two times and have received no response

I ordered 30 black tshirts and the seams were barely sewed and pieces of them were coming out and unattached on almost every single shirt
I've purchased shirts and sweatshirts from Jiffy before and found their prices to be reasonable, customer service was excellent and shipping was great!

I order from your company several times a month and love my transfers. However, I have noticed from the time I started purchasing with your company to now the prices are steadily increasing from one day to the next, starting to make it harder for me to keep ordering from your company.

I've had fun using the Jiffy's services. They're quick. Easy to order. I would like to be able though to pick colours from a colour palette they provide so it would be easier to determine what colours I'm expecting.
I was buying my transfers from another company, Jiffy shirts started offering transfers and I thought I would try it. Best decision I made. Fast shipping, help on designs and if there is an issue (which I only had once), they were wuick to correct it.
I really like the quality and delivery times. Also customer services is really nice and helpful. When you have an issue with your order they return your money or they do the order again.
Took over 2 weeks for an additional label to make returns. Then again had to inquire to get the process moving since I could see the returns made eit back but yet still no moneys been proceed and I've been waiting an additional 2 weeks due to lack of labels
