I always get my products on time, and when I get a damage item, they replace it immediately, I love ordering my shirts to decorate for my family reunion, family shamrock run team and other special occasion gifts.
I placed an order but did not receive any notification that it was cancelled. It was cancelled due to their incorrect reason of color changes - which I did not request any. This caused a delay in my order - had to reorder which put fulfilling my order to my customer behing. This is not appreciated.

I tried to place an addition DTF to my order, I wasn't able to get any actual help from a person and had to pay twice the shipping amount. Wish I could have spoken to someone about adding to my order instead of AI.

I love to design customized t-shirts, but don't always have the time to apply the transfers to the shirts, so I love the Jiffy will do it for me. I only wish they had more option for women's items.
In the first two years the production and delivery was amazing. Lately they have ruined my items more than I can deal with and the cutting process I could do myself. It's not neat and they have trimmed pieces of the art work. They replaced some but when they replaced my last few they messed up the replaced with the same errors. They need to pay better attention and realize I'm most cases they are dealing with small business and to treat us just like they work larger business. Overall they were great and I hope they go back to being great. There are my only choices for fat doing at this moment but I'm not sure his much longer I'll be using them

I've had a couple customers complain the design is lifting. Sometimes even before washing it and transfer instructions are followed to a T
Sometimes I don't order in bulk and the shipping costs add up. However, quality is good
Using Jiffy.com was my favorite because of the quality and turn around time. However, the last couple of times I've used Jiffy the quality has not been the best and the turnaround time has not been what they guarantee which is frustrating. I also wish they had better rewards for the customers who use them more than once a week.
Wish there was a better reward system for customers who shop here almost everyday!
The produces are solid and they arrive quickly. I once had a shipment arrived soaked. It was surely the carrier's fault, but jiffy replaced the items in short order. I had to fill out some paperwork, but they made it easy

Last experience was nerve racking, but Jiffy made it happen in the nick of time (orig order was lost). Jiffy is pretty reactive, my only complaint is that in that situation, I would have much rather had the opportunity to pick up the phone to call and speak to someone immediately, rather than dragging out communications for almost an entire week..
I always have the best customer service. If there's ever a need for a return, it's always done with ease. And I always find the T-shirts that I want at the best prices! I love my shopping experience through Jiffy. Never a hassle! I highly recommend shopping with jiffy!

I've placed a few orders with Jiffy so far and have been very pleased with the entire process. They have a great selection of brands and styles and the prices are great. I usually look up the same shirt on another site just to compare the prices and Jiffy wins EVERY time!
Jiffy website is mostly great! There are lots of options to choose from! Lots of brands, colors, styles and products I got a little frustrated at some of the brand/styles that offer 30+ colors but only have 4 in stock! One of the best features is that it lets you add a t-shirt (or whatever) to your cart but keeps you in the same place so you can go right back and order a different size and/or color of the same style. That was super convenient.
So i ordeerd on very small dtf and i the shipping was still the same as if i ordered 10 of them. That didnt really bother me. But when i got my one very small dtf in the mail it was in one of those shipping tubes and i literally had to find something to fish it out. Jiffy got jokes. Im mean why not put it in an envelope? Who thought that would be funny? I mean seriously guys! I havent ordered in a while because of that but i am placing another similar order today with small items. Hopefully someone has more sense this time
