I've ordered hundreds of times and lately the print sizing has been off. It's on the same orders I've ordered in the past with no issues, but now I have to be concerned that you will get the sizing of the image correct. It puts me way back on my orders when I have to reorder because the first one was printed wrong.
We have ordered 4 times for our small business. The first time was just a few shirts. Then 2 larger orders. This last one is just for one employee so it is just 5 shirts and a hoodie. But these are shirts we wear everyday. We are in construction so they get beat up pretty bad. Not one shirt decal has failed. They get was and dried once a week just like everything else. We even looked in to cheaper options, only because we are a very small company. These shirts were $5 more. That is all just $5. The other site has less options and less quality. We will be ordering again and again. Also delivery is always on time. The process of making the shirt was crazy easy!
I have a softball team for & order from jiffy a lot to make tshirts for the team. I mostly order blank shirts, but have also ordered prints.
Fast shipping, amazing customer service, great prices! Even with having a set-up with tax exempt warehouses, sometimes the quick shipping through Jiffy is worth the garments being a smidge more cost wise.
Used Jiffy a lot more recently for custom merch for my professional customers. Ships very quickly and user interface is very easy to use. One or twice I have to check the prints because it maybe slightly off but overall good.
I have been buying blank apparel from jiffy for a couple years now. I recently started purchasing DTF transfers. I was ordering from Ninja Transfers, and it took 2 weeks to get my prints. Jiffy gets my prints to me the next day. Pricing and turn around time is enough to keep me coming back for more.
The good... Fast and friendly service. The bad... Issues with some of the images coming out right and the shirts are not cut right (same size but measurements are different). Some of the shirts also have strings hanging from them, and they get small holes in them after just a few washes.
I recently received shirts in the wrong color and after investigating the issue was solved. There have also been a couple of times where once there was a hole in a shirt I ordered and another time the seam wasn't sewn together properly and had come apart but I reported them and once I sent in photos of the malfunctions, I was able to get replacements. The customer service is fantastic and they really do put customers first.
I ordered a decent amount only 1 item was shipped in the wrong size. After filing a claim the correct item was at my house within 24 hours.
For the most part, my experiences with Jiffy have been pretty decent. A few times I've had to reach out about the quality of my transfers or delayed shipping, but Jiffy has been reasonable and accommodating in the options provided.
Shipping came a little slower than expected but items where great and customer service is helpful!
It's easy to figure out the sizing of the dtf's. Everything is in the same location for your reference. You don't have to search other pages to understand sizing.
Always fast shipping and great customer service. If I have an issue with an item I ordered its always quick fix.

The site basically assists you throughout the ordering process and makes it easy to complete tasks and activities. I love the fast shipping. I have only had one delay ever and it still arrived before I needed it.
I just placed an earlier order where i forgot to add a couple more logos. I tried cancelling it laterally 30 seconds after placing the order and it wont let me cancel it. Sounds unfair since the missing orders only cost about $5.00 and ill be losing more money due to shipping.
Some how it printed the wrong color, some scratches were on the transfers, and had a white outline on some transfers. I have photos if you'll like to see.
I love my shirts that I order. I have just started using the transfers over this past year. Some of my prints are a hit or miss but Jiffy does rectify any issues I may have.
I always order my prints from Jiffy but it's annoying when you can't edit the size of a print once it has been added to the cart.
