Prices are great, shipping is always great, and the few times I've had to utilize customer service, it's been seamless and smooth.
It was good, I just got confused as I was editing my DTF prints and the sizes were confusing as well as the background... had to pay to get it removed by editor... hoping this order works. Could be a newbie error.

My first order was a test run and didn't have instructions for beginners. But after my review customer service was quick to reach out. They are exceptionally quick and efficient and the product has been top notch. I'm even going to try their stickers and see what they are like. Everyone raved about my shirts.
These shirts are perfect for heat transfer and they don't change shape after washing. Super soft! This is my second time purchasing.

I use to love ordering from Jiffy because of the fast turnaround however not so much now. They have been messing up a lot of my recent orders and than when they offer to replace it it doesn't arrive in a timing fashion. I contacted them again letting them know the shipment still hadn't arrived and I have yet to hear anything back.
Jiffy is my go to simply for the customer service. They are always quick to deliver and fix any issue. 10/10 when not going through a "wholesale" brand website.
I was having issues with getting a discount code to work and had to place the order without it. The customer service was able to go and apply the code after I placed the order.
Before we use to purchase in bulk from this store all the time because of the prices. Now we are just using in emergencies bc now my local store has better prices sometimes $1 less that jiffy.
Hopefully they do something about it.
The shipping is good. Customer service is awesome. If I have an issue it is resolved fast. The transfer quality is awesome also.
I always have a great experience when ordering very easy
Sometimes Jiffy will give you pictures of what it would look like on a T Shirt (Back, front, Sleeve) and other times it doesn't give that option. I also tried to just type in a size myself for a name to be on a shirt. I kept telling me minimum size is 1 in and i was doing that and it was still not accepting that.
Dont love that im charged for shipping for both vinyl and then shirts. If i can find another company that doesnt do that with the same or better quality i will probably go that route.
I selected to order custom shirts and it was simple to add the image and edit quantities. I hope the products come as quickly as advertised!
I love how easy it is to order from jiffy but the prints are hit or miss. Sometimes they are perfect other times they are defective.

I never have a problem ordering on the website, but I have yet to complete checkout on the app. I use PayPal and it just sits and shows "processing" endlessly and never goes through.
I love Jiffy, and even when I am mad at them, I can't stay away. They really do have great customer service and for the most part you can rely on them.
