This was a great experience! The free decals was a game changer for me! We are all going to rock our shirts at church tomorrow! They also contacted me and said my design was too small so they couldn't make the decals. I redesigned them and they worked perfectly and came in three days.
Every order I have gotten is crinkled, transfer falling off the carrier sheet, and I just discovered that they are made about 2 inches smaller than what I ordered. I'm paying for an 11" and receive a 9" and paying for a 9" and receive a 7". They also have black smudges on them. It is embarrassing to have to give someone a shirt with a small transfer on it because you don't have time to reorder. The transfers are not cheap. I've given Jiffy several chances and it's all the same. And please don't waste the 30 cents a transfer to have them cut them for you.
My two year old grandson can cut straighter lines than that. I was embarrassed for you to actually send that and more pissed I paid for that!

Customer service is excellent with Jiffy. Sometimes it takes more than 24 hours to get a response, but they are always willing to go the extra mile to be sure the products that you want are the products you recieve.
I ordered a sample t shirt to see if the crew would like how it looked. It was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service, and Asia was very kind and helpful. Back and forth to several emails, and we finally got my tshirt, reordered. Asia was a wonderful customer service agent.
After being a Jiffy customer for quite some time, this recent experience is very frustrating and disappointing. It caused unnecessary anxiety and stress.
Placed 4 different sets of orders - 2 were cancelled with no reason, the other 2 were extremely delayed. The orders were meant as a sample batch for a bigger order for our event but with the experience, I don't think I want to risk and to trust Jiffy for the meantime.
Items didn't come in one time causing my order to not be done on time. Also the print did not stick to the shirts and has fallen off. Very unsatisfied
The product was amazing! Colors were all on point! It made the bags I created pop. I will definitely be ordering again.

After numerous wonderful and amazing experiences with jiffy orders, I had a very frustrating experience. When I received my order almost every DTF design was printed in the wrong color. I was very aggravated because I had an approaching order deadline.
Purchased UV DTF stickers. Colors are extremely bright compared to other vendors I've used. Turn around with in days of ordering. Staff modified my png files to increase font size and change colors. Great service
I needed a larger quantity of tshirts than I could purchase at a local store for a project I was making with my students. Jiffy had exactly what I needed. Delivery was fast. I was very pleased with my order.
My shirts are mostly perfect. Every once in a while I get lose strings.
The transfers have a 50% success rate. Either they have white glue every where which is very visible on a black shirt. Or they miss details. I have gotten refunds for these orders so I am going to continue to be a repeat customer for this reason./ just wish quality over quantity was their policy... The site is also extremely buggy on my primary browser opera gx. I will click the checkout button then wait 5 minutes for it to load. If I press it again it will duplicate my order.
This was the second time I ordered from Jiffy. Their iron on transfers are bold, crisp, and easy to apply. I absolutely love their product! My only suggestion would be to add a cheaper shipping option even if it takes longer to receive.

The box my items were sent in what so large and flimsy that during shipping it ripped and 1. One of the shirts was filthy and 2. A mouse got in the box and I had to catch it in my house
I always use Jiffy and find it easy to design and order. I do a lot of school clubs like Lego and Math and always order shirts and DTF to make them. The DTFs are peeling this order. I followed the directions and preheated, pressed, and pressed a second time.
