This is my first time ordering DTF, It was easy to upload my designs and they say I can have them in less than a week. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

I needed some questions answered and no one has gotten back to me. It says within 24 hours and no one responds. You used to have live agents to chat with online and now it is all AI and it is NOT helpful. I ended up placing my order without hearing from anyone. Hoping someone eventually gets back to me and answers my questions. Shipping used to be overnight and now it is taking almost a week. I think Jiffy is getting to big to handle the incoming orders.

I've only ever had a couple of issues, but 99% positive. Each time I had an issue, it was QUICKLY resolved. I'm just a small home-based business, they seem to value my little business.

Sometimes the DTF prints are not as good quality. I have some prints from some orders last for over a year and then others that crack on the first wash. I think it depends on what printer it comes off of. Other than that everything has been great.

I tried the Jiffy Print in preparation for this large order. The print was great. But the shipping caused the designs to arrive creased. Please ship with more care.

There have been a handful of times that my artwork hasn't shown exactly how I had it imagined and Jiffy was able to work with me to get it right. They listen to my concerns when I have them and are always great to work with. Highly recommend.

I truly wish that Jiffy would bring back the live chats, quick email resolution, and the pricing that the ready-to-press shirts began with.

I ordered several items to try you out. The box came quickly and ahead of schedule which I was thrilled about but the box hadn't been taped all the way shut so i could reach into my box and grab the contents without even undoing the tape. That being said there was some areas in my designs that looked like they were already separating from the film I'm assuming from the moisture it had received and the way it was thrown into the box. It cause several issues during transfer time and the quality was not where i was hoping it would be. I am trying you again in hopes that it was a fluke and this batch will be better.

There was not a reason given, but the promotion stated 30% off transfers with code missu30. It would not allow us to use it. We are repeat customers and feel that we should have been able to use that

The first order I placed was to my door in just 2 days! That alone is outstanding for a custom product. So my first time making T-shirts, I ordered some decals that seemed to have some minor defects when they arrived. I've never ordered transfers before so I wasn't sure if this was normal. I messaged Jiffy asking if these defects would resolve themselves once pressed. They didn't even question anything and immediately sent a reprint of all my products that also shipped extremely fast. Everything was in perfect condition and the quality is superb! Will definitely be ordering again.

We've used Jiffy many times and every time we were able to find what we needed at very low prices. The deliveries times are very short and I often receive my order the next day.

Wish you would provide 1 shipping date when ordering different items to be more cost effective... i removed transfers as it was more costly with additional shipping

I have been ordering from Jiffy for many years! They are the only place I get my tees for my shirt designs! In the past 8 years there has only been ONE time we didn't get an item that was of perfect quality, and Jiffy quickly responded and replaced the item the very next day! I could not be happier with Jiffy!

I'm very happy with the quality, turn around time, price and appreciate the free shipping. I left the last printing company due to their high shipping costs.

I've never had any major issues. Had a wrong size sent once and out a lot of orders and it was fixed with in minutes and no cost to me. Shipping is always very fast I've had all my orders next day or day after at max. Prices and quality are great! Will never order from another place 😁

I had an issue with the shipping company where they delivered my package to a different address. I contacted Jiffy and they responded to my request immediately they sent me out a replacement and I was able to receive it in reasonable time so thank you Jeffy for being very diligent and responding to my issue

I have no complaints with this company. Jiffy is a great company for graphic designers and shirt designers to bring our projects to life for our customers & personal uses.

My shirt orders are always arrive within a few days and my transfers arrive as early as next day. If there are any issues they are quick to correct.
