I want to give a huge shoutout to Jiffy's customer service. I reached out with an issue, and not only did they resolve it quickly, but they also followed up to make sure I was fully informed and satisfied with the outcome. That kind of care and attention makes all the difference.

Products show up in a fast timely manner. I have only ever had one issue and it was taken care of in a fast and professional way. Extremely Happy!

You are the only company that has separate thresh holds for shipping from different warehouses. I placed $4,000 in orders already today from S&S and Sanmar. I only use Jiffy as a last resort because of shipping prices.

My order was very late (hadn't left warehouse after expected arrival date) so I tried to contact customer service. It was only then that I realized there is no phone number. I had to email or fill out a form and wait. This was inadequate for a time sensitive order. I heard nothing except "looking into it" for several days (Friday - Monday). Not sure why it took so long to figure out what was going on with my order. But, once the rep was engaged and acknowledged that the order was missing she was extremely helpful in making sure a new order was made and shipped and arrived for my event. She was also extremely polite and professional in all of her interactions with me. My final order was just what I was expecting and good quality. It was a week after initially promised but made it just in time for the event.

I ordered a bunch of t-shirts for some school projects and WOW! They arrived in a jiff and my order was accurate and the quality of the products are great. Will definitely use them from now on and tell everyone that needs similar products.

Some Carolina Blue shirts had holes in them I had to replace 3 orders. And the some of the shirts are coming twisted, its like the fabric was not straight when they cut the shirts. Please check to make sure all fabric is straight before cut. Thanks

I have had many issues with Jiffy I really wish there was a way to contact them directly to discuss some of the issues. Unfortunately, they take forever getting back to you and the process is very time consuming to upload and wait for a response. I hope in time they will iron out all the kinks.

I placed this order and it was lost. When I submitted a claim for a replacement to be sent, I was emailed later that I was just getting a refund. I use this for my small business and the time lost on this, made me loose my order.

Generally shipping used to be faster. Now rarely do you get your order when they initially say you will. Too many times when I make a purchase I get a notice that my order has been delayed, Also, prices have gotten really high. I can get most of the items I need cheaper someplace else (slower shipping but cheaper). The quality of the DTF transfers really varies. You never know what you are going to get. My last order was bad. The print was falling off the sheet when they arrived. Again, I only use Jiffy when absolutely necessary and then I hold my breath until my order comes.

I love that Jiffy now offers to print and press the items for you! I have am utilizing this left and right. Prints are great with awesome placement. I have been using Jiffy for blanks for years because of their great prices and quick shipping. Now with the DTF and stickers, they are my go to for all my needs!

I started working with you all when you first began printing, and things were going great. I'll admit, the new system was a little frustrating at first, and that's why I stepped away for a while. This is my first order since then, and I really like the improvements. Hopefully, we don't run into the same issues again.
