I have been ordering from jiffy for 6 years and have never had a problem until my last order. It was delivered in the middle of a thunderstorm at 1 in the morning. Needless to say all the shirts were ruined.

This was my third year ordering with Jiffy; I create and make my family's reunion shirts each year. The ordering process was easy and they ship fast.

I ordered some shirts so I can make my class some end of the year gifts. They came in quick and ready to press!

I order some shirts XL and 2XL and even though the shirts were the right sizes that I ordered, each shirt was a different length. Very uneven shirts even though it was the same size. I hated to give to my customer but I was pressed for time. Not sure if I would order again.

I needed a last minute senior t-shirt made... so I created a design in Canva & uploaded it to Jiffy. They did an auto adjustment to make my photo more clear (thank you!), let me pick the type of t-shirt I wanted, then produced and shipped it in 4 days. Also appreciated the text updates so I knew exactly what was happening. Would definitely order from Jiffy again!

I asked specifically for a certain type of color design. I received no follow up or questions in regards to my request. I was really sad bc I love this company and have ordered several times from them. When I received my transfer with zero questions asked or a follow up from a rep/designer, I was really let down.

This company gies above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I made a purchase of a pro color decal and some of the image was missing. Nothing drastic and I didn't notice until i was already pressing them onto shirts.
This company automatically refunded a partial payment back to my account without any hesitation or me asking them to do so.
Above and beyond customer satisfaction, i would rate them a 10 star if I could.

You never know the quality of the product, because they send to independent printers. The color matching is not consistent. When your on a deadline, they aren't prompt in fixing the issues.

My purchase arrived quickly (a couple days). I love how easy it was for me to upload my design. I am very happy with the colors and I ordered the basic DTF. Very happy with the quality.

Vinyl stickers were great in our first order so we placed a second order for more! They were delivered exactly on the date promised!

Very easy to order, they shipped quickly (UPS was the problem, they constantly delay) Very reasonable cost for DTF transfers and the colors were just right. I have washed the shirts and the transfer is holding up well. I have placed 2 orders so far and I am getting ready to place a third as soon as I decide on my designs.

Perfect & fast delivery, I love the product next time I would like the logo to have a white background, the product looks great

Using the site to design my own designs was so easy. It took a couple extra days to ship to me, but these transfers are gorgeous. I most definitely recommend Jiffy & I will be ordering again soon.

I started with jiffy and ended up going with another company when I should've known better. The quality of transfers is unmatched when it comes to jiffy

I have had DTF orders from Tiffy shirts that are great and I have had ones that are horrible when I tried to reach out about the ones that were not good through email through chat. I never received a response.
Also, the delivery date is often wrong. I also sent several emails about this and received no response.

I ordered iron-on prints in two different sizes for some t-shirts because I don't have my own inkjet printer. I really needed a quick solution for an event this weekend, and was not looking forward to buying the iron-on paper, finding a printer, hoping I did it right, etc. I am amazed at how well Jiffy processed my custom design AND how quickly they delivered the prints. It was seriously 2 days, and I wasn't even mentally ready to do the ironing-on yet, haha. I will definitely order through Jiffy again. Great service!

I had shirts made to order by Jiffy, and also ordered plain shirts with transfers that I applied myself. The transfers were very easy to apply, and the directions were very clear.
My shirts came out great!

I would highly recommend Jiffy for quality products, reasonable pricing, and a premium customer service experience. I am so happy with my order!

I placed a very important and kind of expensive order. I can't talk to a real person just their AI robot that can't answer any questions. Jiffy says my order should of been here yesterday, the tracking number says UPS still today does not have my order. They sent me a $10 refund for the "inconvenience" & yet I still don't know where my order is or when or if it is arriving.

This was my first order. Ordering was easy to figure out, discounts were automatically applied. I asked for several edits that I couldn't do everything was done beautifully. I had one image that they couldn't clean up and make into a quality print so they emailed me that it wouldn't be good quality and that they would refund my money right away. I appreciated not just being sent a poor quality image which either forced me to contact them or to just be stuck with it. I placed this order on a Saturday evening, I had responses by Sunday evening and I had my order and refund by Tuesday! The quality is excellent, pressing has been a breeze and I have my 2nd order started right now with more then a few designs in my cart 🤣 oh and I earned $6 in credit just for ordering!
