This is probably the 4th time that I have had an issue with my transfers - in receiving them by the date stated. Now, I can't even receive updates because the tracking shows that the transfers were not ready for pick-up from Jiffy. I have clients and not getting product in my hands when stated (and that being on the JIffy side not the shipper side) is frustrating. I at least need updates on the Jiffy side.
Didn't take a photo at the time as we were in busy season. But half my prints of text came distorted is deformed with multi colour bleeding and a "glitch" appearance. Don't remember when order was placed.
I've been ordering tshirts and sweatshirts of all sizes from adult to toddler and youth since 2019. Jiffy has always been by far the best and I won't order anywhere else. But now with the transfer options... makes it even better!
I've been ordering from Jiffy for 2 years and my experience has consistently been positive! I've ordered thousands of shirts and gotten a few with defects- Jiffy's customer service was so good- they replaced the defective items with no questions asked.

UV Stickers no longer stay they crack and peel. Transfers come blurry or overlapped even when they were NOT submitted that way. Next day service is not 3-4 days.

I only order from Jiffy when I am in need of a color I cannot find elsewhere because there seems to be zero quality control. Every order I receive has at lease one shirt that has stitching unraveled, stained etc. I order out of necessity and always order two of the specific shirt I need as a result. As a small business owner this not hurts my profit margins, but I also cannot wait the 6 days as I have to with this order only to receive a damaged product. I have a timeline with my customers. 6 days to receive the order is already way too long.

I have really enjoyed my transfers, bar one that was a mistake on my part but I really struggled tonight with uploading a couple transfersβ¦both are really important and am a bit afraid how they will turn out, I left notes so hopefully it will be okay.
I am okay with it, but I raced to place the order in time for next day delivery and got it two days later than quoted.
I have been purchasing from Jiffy for years and normally I am very pleased. The error can very well be mine but the t-shirts that I received in my last order was not the brand that I usually get. As a result, I just placed a new order and I now have to pay to send the incorrect ones back. The brand I usually get is Gildan but that is not what I received.
A friend of mine told me about Jiffy when I complained to him that plain black T-shirts that fit me right were so hard to find and often expensive. Jiffy has soooo many options to choose from and the prices are totally affordable! I was able to order a bunch that looked promising and return the ones that didn't end up working out for me. The return process was super easy. Also, they arrived crazy quick. I'm so happy I was told about Jiffy! I'm inspired to start making my own screen printed T's again.

Sometimes bleeding white outline on graphics. Company is still charging me sales tax even though I have provided my Resale certificate twice.
Jiffy keeps losing my resale certificate info and charging me sales tax. Continuously spamming me to buy stickers after every order, even though I keep tapping unsubscribe. Never any reply's when I have complained. Some of my DTF transfers have has poor registration with a slight white edge showing.
