Sometimes bleeding white outline on graphics. Company is still charging me sales tax even though I have provided my Resale certificate twice.
Jiffy keeps losing my resale certificate info and charging me sales tax. Continuously spamming me to buy stickers after every order, even though I keep tapping unsubscribe. Never any reply's when I have complained. Some of my DTF transfers have has poor registration with a slight white edge showing.
Few of my tshirts were ript. Yes they replace it but I have delays with my orders due to it. Hopefully this time they come ok.
Jiffy always has exactly what size and colors I want! They're always soft and perfect, and shipping speed is amazing, usually next day or day after. You just can't beat that!

I have received 2 orders with a shirt that had a hole in it. Both times Jiffy was quick to send me a new shirt with no hassles. Their turnaround times are quick.

Shirts are always good and correct. Sometimes the dtf has different qualities. I have already raised my concern regarding the dtf issues I encountered.
My previous order almost gave me a heart attack because of very late delivery coming from out of state. But this time, everything I ordered, tshirts and dtf prints, arrived 2 days after.
My experience has been very pleasing. I will not say that my experience has been perfect, but here is where the respect comes. This will be my third time ordering from Jiffy and the two first time experiences. I had some hiccups with an image and the background for whatever reason was still showing up they wasted no time to fix the problem for me and send me out a new print without issues After sending them the photo proof And got me back in business, just before my show so thank you, Jiffy

I have been using Jiffy for a couple of years, lately I have noticed the DTF's are not as good as they used to be. One of my most recent purchases of 50 logos (x2) for Koozies, so far about 20 have turned out.
My shipping cost was almost half the price of my total because I didn't meet a minimum and they gave me a courtesy refund which was awesome and I appreciate them listening to my concern
I'm now on my 3rd order of the same print that has repeatedly been delivered messed up. I'm also frustrated as when placing this order it said my prints would be here tomorrow and went to check out and it changed it to Tuesday on me last second…which is 5 days away. I've been a customer for years but I may start looking to take my business elsewhere
