I've never had any problems with jiffy but lately that next day ordering has turnt into 48 hours. And my printings having been wanting to stay on my products and the last prints i received the faces looked deformed and like smeared out.
Great app easy to design and check out. Unbeatable prices. Amazing variety or shirts and colors. Offering a range of materials but happy to see a lot of 100% cotton options!
My package was lost in mail. As compensation for this, I received a 30% off coupon which I could not use with my bulk order. Unfortunately, this has also made me late for a deadline as there is not overnight shipping available per your chat, which also stinks. Emailing as an only way of contacting is terrible. You don't have a phone number nor an instant chat service available for customers. Please consider these issues moving forward.

Spent HOURS buying images and sizing them because I was sent a $70 coupon for DTF prints and wanted to redeem and try you all out. All the time wasted for it to say "not valid". Didn't expire until 10/7 but didn't work at all. Very upset/disappointed. Will use you all for shirts always, but pass on DTF.

Jiffy is one of the few companies who delivers fast every time. And the few times I e had an issue, the customer service gets it corrected promptly.
This is the only warehouse I will purchase from. Customer service and items are next to none. I recommend to everyone needing shirts or blanks
Hoping this order is different and I receive it on time. It's hard to get products out when you don't have the dft you need. I appreciate the prior response and the credit, it's just frustrating.

Usually get the products fast and good quality. If there is an issue customer service (email only) is very responsive and always replaces any defective shirts or transfers.
Ships fast. Usually good quality. If I ever have an issue with any of the products they are great at sending me the new product and fast!
The days change once you send payment. The next day service are no longer showing and am finding other sites that have the same quality next day business that may be gaining more of my service.

There's only been 1 or 2 "hiccups" with my orders, but as soon as I said what I saw was wrong they not only replaced the order, but they gave me a coupon for my next order. They are genuine. And really do things in a jiffy!
I recently ordered some sample shirts for my business, not wanting to commit to a huge order. The site was easy to use and the shirts turned out perfectly! Printing quality excellent and the shirts are super soft. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you!

Sometimes it is great and sometimes it is not. I have learned not to use you guys when I am in a rush with a job unfortunately. But for the most part I do like working with you guys I just hope it keeps getting better.

Tuesday to Monday is too long.
Usually shipping is much faster. I can place order on Tuesday and it will be here on Thursday... today's order won't be here until Monday (and today is Tuesday). So, not real happy with delivery time. Might should have ordered from the company that guarantees 2 day shipping to here.
Great fast delivery with every order. I get blank clothing items all the time without issues and have also used their DTF transfers and they have held up well for over a year washing regularly on youth shirts.
I've ordered from Jiffy 50+ times and shipping is always extremely fast and accurate. I only had a couple of issues in the 8 years I've been using Jiffy and each time, the issue has been resolved extremely quickly and with friendly interactions with Jiffy employees.
I have had several issues with my files uploading inconsistently. I have contacted customer service, which used to be extremely fast, and waited a whole day to hear back and the response was just copy and pasted from the FAQ page. I had a separate issue with an order and contacted customer service again and have not heard back yet after one and a half business days. The fast shipping and customer service is the main reason I chose to order all of my blanks from jiffy, so I really hope this is a short term hiccup.
