Anytime I got a shirt that had a hole or any damage at all, their customer service was excellent. I contacted thru email and they had a replacement sent out right away. I've done buisness either way jiffy for over 6 years now.

I have ordered from Jiffy many times. I have had great luck with almost every order. There have been 2 out of maybe 30 plus orders that the quality of the hoodies or t-shirts were not to my standards. Overall very happy with Jiffy

I have definitely had bumps with issues like missing items or issues with transfers but the customer service has always been quick to help and make it right. I will keep coming back because of the customer service.

When I first started ordering from Jiffy, I couldn't recommend them enough because of how pleased I was with the quality - especially the transfers. However, in the last 6 months, I have had to order replacements for more than I have gotten right or acceptable. I really hope to see consistent improvement because I had such high hopes for this resource.

This is the second time that I have ordered where the order was cancelled with no explanation or EMAIL letting me know that it happened. I had to log into my account and see the status of my order say cancelled to even know that anything happened. I understand if something is out of stock but it would be so nice to know that my order was cancelled via email or something.
