My DTF sheet came damaged on tuesday 4/7. After examining i reached out and sent photos. To this day i have not heard anything about making this right. I requested a reprint i even requested a refund. I will be opening a complaint with paypal.

I ordered 14 shirts of different sizes and lengths and they came within a few days. Everything looks great since I put iron on vinyl. Always a good experience ordering from Jiffy.

Some of my transfers have recently not been acceptable. The print is missing part of the lettering and I'm having to reorder. Ive tried going back and duplicating my image to make it bolder or thicker.

I noticed that one of my shirts had a hole in the sleeve.

I have yet to have a bad experience. Everything I have ordered seems to be of good quality from shirts to transfers. I really appreciate the quick turnaround time and quality of the products.

As long as I've been using this company, they never messed up like the have recently! I placed and order and only received half, I selected next day delivery because of my business and they cost me a couple hundred dollars! They did reship but not for the same next day like I originally had.

My transfers arrived on time and in great condition. Upon review and I realized that the color(s) was not correct. After discussing with customer advocate at Jiffy she was able to resolve the issue to my highest satisfaction.

I will always use jiffy! Great price and great customer service. If something shows up damaged they replace it for me. Also, shipping is great!
