There was some issues, and some miscomumication throughout my orders but I have to admit JIFFY did make it right so I commend them for that. Their transfers are great quality and reasonably priced, plus they have all the blanks you need

My first order of UV DTF Stickers was great. Order arrived super fast. My artwork is challenging for this kind of sticker, but they offer a complementary service that helps out. They were able to adjust the artwork so everything printed fine. I was really pleased with the outcome, so I placed a larger second order. This order showed up and was a total mess. It didn't print well. I never received a proof and clearly, no one adjusted the artwork as needed. In the end, they refunded my money as a store credit. I chose that as I thought this issue was just a one-off and I'd try again. I've now placed two subsequent orders with the same artwork, but they keep cancelling my orders saying it won't work. It's the same artwork from my first order! I can't seem to get anyone to assist me and see this through. I don't understand how they can work with a challenging piece of artwork one time, but then suddenly reject it vs providing assistance. It going on two days now and no response from my latest request for customer service. They have my money, but keep cancelling my orders and won't provide any assistance. Frustrating is an understatement. ABOUT THE PRODUCT: The product itself (when they can get it to print properly) is good. They print your entire order on one big sheet. You can pay extra to have them cut the stickers individually, but I say save your money and just cut them yourself. Peeling the backing off of the label is challenging, but with a little practice it gets easier. The adhesion is excellent. This sticker is not leaving your product. I place mine on metal candle tin lids. ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE: It's inconsistent and lacking followthrough. One thing that is consistent is their email push for a review. So, here's the review. Wish it could have a better one.

Jiffy has a very broad assortment of tshirts and they always provide a great product and really prompt delivery. Highly recommend!

I purchased DTF transfers and UV DTF stickers. Both are great quality and look exceptional on the items they were intended for.

As always, I've been pleased with my products, and most importantly the service is exceptional. If I ever had an issue, Jiffy is amazing in taking care of the issue at hand.

I placed my order on a Thursday and could have had it the next day! I chose to delay it because I wouldn't be home to receive it. Very happy with the speed in which I could have gotten them, but they arrived when I chose instead!

I purchased a large order to embroider sweatshirts and sale and one fo them had a small hole. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond and send me a replacement for free. I am very satisfied with their products and service.

Uploading my design and the free editing was a major peek. It was easy to place multiple orders at once. The products were promptly shipped and arrived quickly. However, I had difficulty with a few of the transfers. I had my heat press heated to the recommended setting, however, that setting was too hot for the transfer and melted
Part of the transfer. When I decreased the temperature, part of the transfer did not lift off of the paper correctly. This was my first time

I placed a very large order. To make shirts for my son's school. I ordered over $1,800 of product in dtf and blanks. I had so many transfers that were cut poorly, and we paid to have them cut. Small remnants of words/ graphics were left on the transfers and we didn't notice until after we pressed some of them. Making the shirts unusable. I have many pictures of the transfers that were missing parts and letters, making them useless. None extra were given, and about 20 of our transfers were ruined. The over 150 transfers (all the same images but cut different sizes) that I ordered were all thrown in one bag, we had to hand measure each transfer to see their sizes. Causing us so much time. We are now close to our deadline and missing 10 shirts to complete what we needed (due to transfer being pre-cut by Jiffy improperly, or pieces of the image transfer had fallen off the transfer sheets, as well as many letters were missing of transfers. We have 11 Shirts that need replacement and about 20 transfers that were not complete/missing part of the images. I took many pictures and I'm eager to share with Jiffy.

All 4 of my T Shirt designs came out as expected. The colors were true to the original design and the turn around was very quick.

On march the twelfth year your customer representative christie did a express order inform me that I will have it on Friday? The 13th I never received it. I talked to three people on Friday. No one could sing to track that order for me. Did not have a tracking number, but said it was picked up. You are never returned to call. I have called over and over from Thursday to today. I still keep calling and you have not honor and gave me my express order from March. The 12th it is the 16th. This is the worst company I have ever dealt within my life. And I also have a credit on my account. I want there to be put back on my bank account. If this is just saying you did not give me my order. You messed up my whole company. I had product and orders that needed to be out Friday. And Saturday and you did not honor it. Give me all of my stuff. This is sad. I've been going through this over and over and you know that you you don't even have a tracking, you have not contacted me. I need my d*** order to fill for my peoples.

I have ordered from Jiffy for years. I do silk screen mostly for non-profits and Jiffy is a great place to get wholesale prices and variety. Shipping is always quick and great. I've only had a couple issues with items within the hundreds of items I've ordered and Jiffy is always quick to send a replacement or offer a refund. Very satisfied customer, will continue to purchase through Jiffy.

I absolutely love the variety of brand and color selections. Shipping was great.

Stickers stuck to backer more than surface. All tore when trying to remove backer and ruined the stickers. Will not use this company again.
