I could not personalize a video or any other videos. Clicked on personalize and was taken to a screen with a message about needing Adobe Video Player which I already had. It gave me no other options to personalize. I even downloaded the video player and it still wouldn't give me options to personalize. I tried other videos with same problem. I gave up. I checked and I did pay for an account $18.00 for 12 months which I might now cancel.
Sent an Jib-Jab e-card to my wife. She clicked on the card and it contained a redirect to a ransom ware type of message. It was on Explorer Edge. I am not sure it was a Jib-Jab problem or a Microsoft problem. But, I can't risk that happening to a client.
I enjoy the looks on my grand-kids faces when they see what I make LOL. Lots of fun and would like to see more added
I made a card for a family reunion/birthday and included a member of the family that couldn't attend. Everyone laughed and loved seeing the missing family member dancing and singing with the rest of us. It was a hit!

Somewhat limited choices for the actual "starring you" cards. Also limited sentiments in traditional card categories. Can't preview the video unless you take the time to create it, so after time and effort, it may not be the card you want to send. Overall cute, but wouldn't buy again knowing what I know now.

This site is really great... for some people. However, after reviewing some of the cards/videos it vastly became apparent that the site was not meant for me or the people I would send cards to. Unfortunately for me I made a hasty mistake by joining after only viewing one of their cards that was sent to my Aunt from a friend. After joining and seeing what else the site had to offer I knew it wasn't for me and am in the process of trying to annul my subscription. Just because it wasn't a good fit for me, doesn't mean it's not a great site for ecards. I know of several YOUNGER people to whom I'm going to recommend this site to! Canadian subscribers beware though, the fee is in American currency, and that is not stipulated anywhere. Anywhere that is until you get your bill and it's much more than the $18 that you thought you were paying.

Lots of fun to watch and create videos, cards etc. Had a specific work-related purpose in mind when signing up but later found that downloading videos to view offline was no longer an option. Customer service response was excellent.
After signing up on mobile site, then logging in on PC, the mobile site would not even recognize my email. Had to go back to PC to send cards.

I like JibJab but don't need a subscription. When I accidentally went on auto renewal, they were very responsive and refunded the annual fee. I appreciate that.
I wish there was a greater variety of thank yous to choose from. After viewing the selection I am not sure how many, if any I can or will use.
The ability to send a card is not consistent.
IN fact, the ability to see the cards in action quit working after awhile.
Love Jib Jab it was easy to sign-up for Membership. All the choices are really good. I use the service for email and facebook. I send message mainly to family members.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
