I had no problem adding a new head and loved the card I chose. My son enjoyed the contents as did his friend who I also chose.

I joined and paid the annual fee in April. Sent a couple of Easter cards. Great! Funny! However, when I tried to send Mother's Day cards, JibJab told me that in order to send the card I selected, I had to join and pay a fee. Since I already had paid the annual fee with my credit card, I sent an email to the support team. Rather than respond to my email/issue, I received a "change your password" notification email from JibJab. (I had deleted an old "free account" I thought I might have in an effort to clear up any confusion in the system). I have yet to hear from JibJab customer service and I was unable to send a Mother's Day card to my mom and sister. My sister's birthday is June 2. I wonder if I'll hear anything before then?
I don't think I will use these e-cards. I want to send a card to someone, but not all of your advertising included with the card. My granddaughter couldn't care less about your website... just her birthday.

My parents loved it. I will be definatly be sending them out for people's birthdays and stuff. It is allot of fun to make them and see how the people respond. The entire family was cracking up.

I've Been using JibJab since the beginning of Time. I almost hear my friends and family giggling from afar when they open their email, however, I would like even more choices for dance, maybe even if we can only make the 5 people to one or two people instead.
Fantastic on my iPhone and easy to use but cannot download app to my iPad mini. For that reason I have awarded four stars otherwise it would have been five. Keep jib jabbing!
Some people cannot open the email and cannot enjoy the Jib Jib video, is it their security setting to high or is it not going thru

I am requesting a refund because your site continued to tell me my software was out of date, which was incorrect. I was unable to use the card and am requesting a full refund for my annual membership. Please submit refund no later than 5/30/2017 by 5pm to avoid additional negative actions.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
