The site is easy to use. I was able to create a few videos that were enjoyable to watch. Also they are very responsive. When I had an issue they resolved it immediately. Great customer service!

Have you deal with company that bills you and renew the subscription for the service automatically? Jibjab does that but when I requested to cancel the subscription, they issued the refund and resolved the issue quickly, no moving mountain nor pulling teeth, jib-jab!

I love how the funny videos make people laugh. I'm enjoying sending these cards versus paper cards for sure.

Gosh thought how neat. I have multiple sclerosis wanted to tickle not only myself but friends. Didnt get to do that. To bad better instructions were not available.
I honestly can't tell someone this was not a plus for me.

I've been a member of JibJab on and off since 2010, and have sent hundreds of cards to friends either on face book or by email. Everyone who receives the cards loves them, and I have fun putting them together. The variety of cards keeps getting bigger and funnier, especially the dance ones.

App works well on my iPhone. Was able to sign up, create a nice birthday card and send it in just a minute or so.

I signed up for Jib Jab and sent the first one to myself and it didn't show up, so I couldn't share with my husband for fathers day.
Not satisfied.

Please do not charge my account again and cancel my membership.

Liked the result of e card, a bit tedious learning curve, by trail and error. Don't want the year long membership just a one time fee please.

Needs more diversity. It's disconcerting when you have to put a black face on a white body. And it would be nice to have female counterparts to some of the scenarios. For example there are also female rock stars that play guitar.

It's so much fun creating and sending cards to my family and friends who always enjoy receiving them!

I'm not too good on computers but I really wanted to send a card to my partner, so I had a go with nothing to lose, followed the easy instructions and hey presto, my first card was sent.

Although the birthday video is great fun getting to use the tool is completely frustrating. I only wanted to make one video but needed to buy an annual subscription which was an auto renew. So I had to purchase and then cancel it - stupid stuff but I guess that's how you can trick your customers and make money.

Always able to send a jib jab in a jam and it deliver! What would be cool is adding multiple faces for different reactions during videos. Set a mood and the video plays the right picture at the right time!

It's a fun app; using it for ecards mostly. In my crowd of friends, family, etc. some may find certain ones offensive so I'm careful who I send to.

I felt I was tricked. I only wanted to "buy" one e-card and thought it was going to be $1.50. I have used them in the past and they have always been free but decided to just suck it up and pay the $1.50. Little did I know that I was going to be charged for a whole year... $18 when I will most likely never use it again. That is ridiculous.

The card would not open. You need to credit my money back today you deducted from my account within minutes so you can repay within minutes.
