I've had a subscription to Jib Jab for quite awhile and have always had good experiences from them. Even though Jib Jab has been around for awhile, many of my recipients are always surprised and happy to receive a unique card. Sure beats buying dumb cards at the store!

Some of your videos/greetings are very inappropriate and crude. You need to update videos/greetings.

This is a Microsoft favorite, so like MS, and now Apple, since they know this is true, and 99.9% of Americans are stupid until proved otherwise. If its not on Jewbergs FB 98.8% would not even know the sun came up.

I had a lot of fun picking a fun birthday card for my daughte which she got on time :) And had a lot of giggles :) Everything was really simple to get this accomplished. Thank you.

Very funny, easy to do, clever. Lots to choose from, could send everyone I know JibJabs for a long, long time.

JibJab is always fun, I appreciate the effort JibJab goes to with the creative video cards and music!

Can't cancel, would like to. Feel there were fees I wasn't aware of. Worried about auto renewal. Just want to pay by use rather than annually.

Can't believe I paid for this! But it'll be fun through each holiday. I am having Romeoville finding the App to reload and I hope they have birthday greetings

Excellent! I am having fun creating the video clips. My family and friends enjoy viewing them too. The membership fee is reasonable too.

I have used jibjab in the past, especially during the holidays when free jibjabs are offered. I recently made an account and paid for the membership so I would have unlimited access and be able to download the videos for use in PowerPoint or to have on my phone etc. I am extremely disappointed that I only have email capability and cannot download my videos that I paid for!

Was not a big fan of being billed for a whole year upfront. Would prefer to pay for individual videos with option of yearly rate.

Quick easy and effective. The person who received it was very happy.

I mistakenly created a second subscription not realizing my husband already created an account. I contacted the e-support team & explained my situation & requested a refund on the 2nd account. They immediately cancelled the second subscription for me. It was a breeze

I paid 18$ to send a birthday note to a friend and the message never was received, so assume it was never sent.

I love sending jib cards to my friends. They love getting them. I wish there was more birthday videos. I wish there was some way to keeping track of what cards were sent to who so I don't repeat.

I am having a great time using JibJab. Most e-cards are so ridiculously sweet, I was looking for something that would have more of kick and JibJab does that. My only disappointment is that I would like to find more general humor that could be used to send to older, less hip people. Also, I thought all JibJab cards used personalized faces and I was disappointed to see that the majority of choices were not.

I've been using JibJab for years. It's great and well worth the price you pay to be able to prank your friends!

I need a little more time to learn to pick good photos. And learn to edit after they're placed. I am finished with this review.
