After2 email attempts and a text, I finally copied the link and resent it to my friend over text. By then it was lost its " luster" as they tried 3 times to open the link and it was resent at a later time then I had originally planned.
I subscribed to Jib Jab a number of years ago. It has been great fun. As my lifestyle changed, I found I didn't use it as much as I once did. When the automatic payment (which is really quite low) popped up, I asked to cancel. Within minutes, I heard from their customer service rep. She could not find my email address. I sent her a couple old ones and within a very short time PayPal notified me that my payment had been refunded. I was amazed. If it had taken two days, I would have thought they were doing a terrific job. I highly recommend them.
We have not laughed this hard in a long time. Lots of fun & we can enjoy it for a whole year. We are not the only ones enjoying it. The friends & family we send them too, are enjoying also.
It was my partner's birthday and I wanted to do something different. Well the video I made using JibJab was hysterical. Everybody got a kick out of it.
This is a fun site, and when there are questions or issues their support staff respond immediately and resolve issues.
It took me 2 hours to construct the card with frequent fails for each photo I tried to upload and, when I eventually completed it, it failed to deliver to the address I tried to send it to! Now I can't even log in to try again. The only thing that went smoothly was processing my credit card and taking my money! Dreadful!
Not thrilled that there's no way to download your videos once you make them. Basically a waste if $18 for what I wanted, you may feel differently.
JibJab is easy to use. I was looking for an appropriate card to send to returning teachers and also "missing you" cards. Didn't think any fit for me.

The process and selection were great. Had no problem selecting a card, customizing and scheduling delivery.
I tried to send a few JibJab e-cards. I allowed JibJab to access my e-mail contact list. I selected a few names. Hit the send. None received the e-card? Not sure what's wrong? Product is useless unless it can be sent.
Loved creating this- but site did not work on my ipad and I had to go on my Mac Air laptop.
Everything then worked beautifully- I tried out various options for the dances and adjusted the faces I was using to fit better.The birthday person loved it. I also put it on Facebook.
Jib Jab is a gift. It also allows you to email to other relatives.

I love using this. It was easy and simple so simple to follow! I had a bit of trouble with finding and going back to the piece that I made to say add in another photo. As the first one we used was a bit odd. Anyhow I like using it and will use it again.
Funny videos and easy to use. It's easy to upload photo's from your files and size them. I would like to see a couple of videos with a larger cast so you can do bigger family casts
