Really enjoying sending out FUN videos to friends and posting on FB. Even made one starring my Doggie for his B'day. :)

The card was not sent or received to one of the people I sent it to. Luckily I spoke with them and found out they had not received it. I tried to pull it up again and resend it but that did not work so I had to re-create the card and send it all over again. Very disappointing.

It was a fun experience until I tried to send it! Site said it had posted to Facebook when in fact it had not. Floating around in cyberspace, I guess. I tried again and again Checked everything I could. Still would not work. Gave up and requested a refund.

I would like to see more variety, especially for kids. I have been sending jj cards for years and need more choices at this point.

As a first time user, the site does not clearly tell you that you do not have the option to buy a single card and that the only option is an annual membership. It also assumes an annual renewal which, while not uncommon, frankly feels almost deceptive in that it puts the onus on the customer to correct.

There are a few what I would classify as really good cards that allow personal headshots to be inserted over actual videos headshots. There are a couple of cute digital cards that are cute without the headshots. However, my reason for purchasing the subscription is vacated by the crudeness of most; leaving a great idea ineffectual for my applications.

Would like to see more choices for ecards that do not require using photos. I like the cards but it takes too much time to insert photos on a lot of the cards, so when I do not have time, I would like to pick a card that can easily be sent.

The videos bring a smile to faces and are easy to put together. The grandkids like seeing themselves in the videos. You might consider adding a few more music videos that would appeal to younger people.

I get one every year to send ONE father's day card and there is never anything new. Same cards every year. You should be able to just buy what you want when you want and not be charged so much. Update the selection!

So easy to use and very creative platforms to choose from to send ecards to friends and family. Definetly would recommend.

My experience was good. Would have been better if I could have paid per use or per month instead of a years subscription.

Gave my husband a "western" motif JibJab card for his birthday. He laughed out loud! He loved the pictures of the two of us that I inserted into the card. Loved it!

All my friends and I do is laugh... It's great! Makes any bad day, good! So many videos to choose from. They put a smile on everyone's face

Created cards for my sister who was having a bad day. She laughed at the cards until she cried. The best medicine!

It's cute and funny, but too expensive. I wish I could just buy a 1 month subscription or 1 video rather than committing to a whole year

Really pleased with the site, easy to use and a great choice of scarfs available for lots of different occasions.

At the beginning I was laughing with the faces, but after 3 videos everything looks the same and boring.

One year of subscription is a long time, and I hope you improve the content with more clever videos than only shame dances. I miss two guys as friends, two girls as friends or couples as well, its 2017... you need to see other possibilities.

I only wanted one video and I had to pay for one full year. I will not use this page ever again. The video I made is ok but the service is very expensive.

Everything worked well. Would be nice if the site could communicate with CONTACTS and put in the address.

Most of the b-day cards require photos to be inserted. I prefer the ones that are already complete and ready to send.
