As a subscriber over the past several years, I continue to be impressed with the originality, ease of operation, humor and cost of JibJab. My family and friends look forward to my sending their faces on ridiculous videos and pictures. Great job, JibJab!
I finally paid attention to various small charges on a particular credit card, only to discover I was being billed for an item I had not recognized was on-going. I phoned the number, spoke with a man who quickly resolved my issue by granting a refund.
My only complaint to him while on the phone was to ask him to repeat several times, as his "rapid-speak" got the best of these 74 year old ears!
JibJab.com is a fun web site where you can post eCards to Facebook and other sites, plus download them and send them via email. Creating custom eCards is extremely easy with your family pictures and this makes it seriously funny. The personal message area could use some work, and the Send To email area of the eCard is non-standard using commas instead of semi-colons for separating email addresses, but overall the site is great to work with once you go through it once or twice. There are a wide variety of eCards available, and sending them has gotten me a "Best Birthday Card Sender" reputation.
After playing around with the interface a few times, I got the face lined up nicely. The result was brilliant. The face lined up good with the hairstyle and looked natural and I thought the video was hilarious. Thanks for having such a good selection to pick from!
I was a member a few years ago and liked the range of cards and the flexibility in making the cards. Now it seems that a) you can't adjust the width or angles of the faces. Also, I wasn't able to send a message in my card. I signed up for another year without knowing these features had been changed so a bit disappointed. Also, thought there'd be at least a few newer card options.
It was fun to make and my Granddaughter loved the card.

Easy to use except that I did not get the mouths centered in the right way (all looked like they had moustaches, so the mouth placement was too high). Fun experience.

It is a bit unclear what this costs and how much my next JibJab will be. Am I a member, are the next ones cheaper, will my next subscription go automatically?
It was a big succes, only the financial part isn't very clear to me.
After a long period of not using the system, I suddenly noticed my subscription was automatically renewed. I asked to cancel it and for a refund. The support service kindly responded positively to both demands. I would probably still use the service only sporadically and certainly the subscription is not the best deal for me. But I am happy with the quick response and with the resolution which I think it is the best for all parties.
Don't understand the charges for downloading a file even though I have a paid membership.
I've made quite a few birthday (on my Galaxy S3) jabs that people have loved! The other day I couldn't make one until I paid again. The process worked for one but NOT FOR A SECOND ONE. SOMETHING is screwy wherein FACEBOOK cycles through the process over and over again preventing picture picking. This is when I'm logged out of Facebook. My big mistake seems to be pressing the "find pic on Facebook button" ONE TIME ONLY. When the "PAY AGAIN" SCREEN came up again, I gave up. I thought it was $18 for membership - not per card. I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work.
The JibJab cards always are a fun way to celebrate in a more personal way, with our faces.
I have been receiving these cards and thought Father's Day would be a cute surprise for my son's. I got one picture pasted in the card and sent it. I had pictures of my other sons, but could not get them into the cards. I tried editing and resizing, but nothing worked. Neither did your online help. Since it was a Sunday, there was no human to help, so I used another site to send these boys a greeting. All-in-all, a frustrating experience.
I sent a singing card to 3 people & only one person received it
It was funny and amusing. However, when downloading the video, it was difficult to edit it. It is not the newest technology helpful for editing.
I needed to cancel my mother's account after she passed. They were right on it! NO hassle.
