I am having a great time placing my friends & families faces into the pics, dances & music videos. I really like that it's east to use and the customer service is top notch

I became a user last year and our family's just loves it.

My sister and I had fun looking at all the cards and finally choosing one for our other sister whose birthday was this past Saturday. Unfortunately it didn't arrive.

It seemed like I could only use my picture instead of all the heads I already have on my profile. I wanted to use other heads previously loaded. So was somewhat DISSAPOINTED.

Billing process is not clear I though I will be charged monthly but you have charged me for whole year

It was easy to make a video and lots of fun. I just wasn't aware I would be charged for a year instead of for the one I made.

But need more options
All our relatives and friends love to have fun with each other. We would like to see you have some more REALLY fun options. For adults. Not politically correct.

Sent my dad a birthday card and he loved it! Great for people that don't do papercards thru the mail

Once I signed up I found there really weren't as many choices as I would like. The jib jab product is funny because the mouths move, but many of the choices have this minimally. And... how about one for Canada Day? If you sell your product to Canadians, offer products that are specific to us, please and thanks.

Very easy to use and starring you music and dance videos are especially a lot of fun!

The videos available to choose was limited and not worth the $18 sunscription fee. I think the videos should be pay as you go not an annual fee.

I was confused about billing when I signed up and didn't expect to be signing for the annual fee. The staff immediately gave me a refund - no questions asked. Nice.

You need to offer more "invite" type options, where customer can manage responses etc.

Love this site, and my family and friends love their cards. But please give more choices for only one person in the card. A lot of times, I don't want to include 3,4, or 5 people... I just want to put one person.

My phone rep was awesome and so prompt to get back. I hate to leave this review. He was awesome but I have not yet seen my refund. Help? If I get refund this will be a 5 star review. Is this my bank or Jibjab?

I'll admit, I initially thought $18 was a bit steep for a video card. But realizing it was a year membership I paid it saying I'd make the most of it. Now I use JibJab regularly to create more cards for family & friends that are absolutely hilarious. It makes me laugh so much - it's the best $18 I've spent in a while!
