I love the website and have had alot of enjoyment and laughter because of it and if it were not for the fact I have to be on a tight budget at the moment I would not have cancelled. Love Jib Jab. Lots of funny gifs/vids on mobile app. Site has lots of fun music vids.(Only minor issue is music videos haven't been saving on their mobile app)

I only use jibjab very occassionaly, so I am not an expert at it. But each time I use it, I am impressed by how simple (and fun) JJ has made the process. The only negative is how much extra time I spend playing on their site... endless possibilities!
There is not a very good selection for songs that you can input the faces too. We need some sort of birthday one and I can not find one good for everyone.
My kids and I love using JibJab. Fun way of sending messages to friends and family.
Unable to reach anyone regarding support would like to cancel my subscription
I wanted to cheer my dad up, so I joined and sent an e-card, and it worked. He was very sad, and when he saw the video he was laughing and smiling.

Happy with the actual card. But i arranged delayed delivery and the recipients did not receive it. Also disappionted that i had to pay for one year rather than the card as a one off.
