I had an excellent experience with JibJab's service. They were very responsive and polite and resolved my issue to my satisfaction.

I love making friends and family laugh by having them dance and sing. My 80 something cousins LOVED watching themselves do the swing dance. They said that's exactly how they used to dance when they were young. It's so fun to cast and watch it come to life!

I have had this before and used it a lot. Enjoyed!

My experience and the response from the recipients are not to my liking and wish to cancel my membership.

I was in a hurry and saw the $1.50 charge for my one birthday email I was trying to send - then got hit with an $18.00 charge. This is very misleading! I will tell anyone who will listen not to bother.

I had loads of fun picking just the right faces that I wanted to use, I enjoyed the variety of different videos to choose from... once I decided it was so easy to put the faces in place and to have the end product done with just a few clicks

I ALWAYS get such great responses from the jibjab cards I send out. They are met with hilarity and happiness. I love that I can send an extra special message out to friends and family for any occasion. Thank you JibJab!

I love this site and think the E-cards are so much fun. The only complaint I have is recently I've noticed some random guys face on one of the characters in the beginning and then the correct face will appear a few seconds later. Makes me worry if our faces appear on someone else E-card.

The mouths looks super fake so it is silly, wish it could be more real. Also, your song selection is weak

I select the card to be sent on 8/13 and the card was not sent. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Bought the subscription, made a card, sent it for my wife's birthday and she never got it. Not in her spam filter, nothing. So what was the point of recording that card if after signing up it doesn't send?

Spent ages creating a video with my child, and then find out AFTER that you have to pay for it to access it. Im broke, but my chid was upset that we couldnt see it, so I spent money i couldnt afford, for a membership i dont want, for 1 video. I felt conned by JibJab. Never again. Now I dont trust Jibjab.

I was not happy that your web page processed the order even before being able to review the order! I did not plan on paying for a one year subscription. Only for 1 card. I don't like it.

The e-cards were easy to do. I did 7 to show at my husband's birthday party for the family. I gave only 3 stars because I would like more choices that are appropriate for children to be in and view.

Putting your family and friends faces into these videos is hilarious and everyone enjoys it (especially the people in the videos). Fun time preparing the video and preparing everyone for the "viewing".

Jib Jab is great when you live far away from the ones you love but, what about the kids?
I want to send cards to my grandchildren and other little ones in my life and jib jab would be great as their parents could keep the cards on their phones, tablets, computers... for the kids to see anytime they want. Sadly, there are none to be had.
Come on Jib Jab, what do you say?...
E cards for everyone, not just the adults!

I have been aware of Jibjab for a while. It was the perfect choice for my 28 year alternate son's birthday, putting his rather straight father in the spotlight making light hearted fun of him - well worth the giggle!

I has been fun. I am still working with it to learn more.
