Using the mobile site to send an e-video birthday card. Couldn't find a way to preview it until it had sent, the video that I saw wasn't what I had made. Was never told how much I was paying, cancelled after I found out.

Hi jibjab team;
I have now subscribed as a paid member to jibjab. When I made a video and posted it on a friends wall (facebook), it looked more like an advertisement for jibjab than a greeting card. I think that that is absolutely ridiculous. You guys seriously need to change the text that is posted along with the video on FB. Anyone who clicks the video is anyway redirected to jib jab they why have the ugly text below the video on the wall?

We are not very creative, so this gives s a way to to make our friends & family a special greeting. We love it.
Great App but doesn't send the emails out when sharing, disappointed on how much work it takes for me to send manually by copy and pasting

I was at first excited about the choices and quality of the dancing cards. I signed right up, chose my first card for my niece and sent it to her the night before her birthday. I soon received a confirmation that my ecard was sent but my niece never received it. We kept checking back in with her throughout the day but it was not delivered. I just received a message that my ecard is now delayed and should be sent soon... oh great, it's now nice and late. How ridiculous! I'm going to cancel my subscription and definitely let all my friends and family know to stay away from this site. What a disappointment!
I was wanting to cancel Jib Jab but didn't know I had to go through I tunes. Jib Jab guided me which channel to go through which was very helpful.

There are 3 things I DO NOT LIKE!
*There are not enough NEW choices added on a regular basis. Same cards get old.
*There are not enough just FUN cards to send to young people... 5-12 yr. Olds.
*I would like to be able to enter a name and see which cards I have sent that person in the past. That way I don't duplicate by mistake.
