Have used Jib Jab for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and was fun putting together different e-cards. User friendly.

I find it difficult to use - especially navigating if u want to make a change -/ and there aren't enough G rated funny songs in the menu of options

I shouldn't be forced to use my computer to get full access to the application. The Android app is a waste of time, energy and money

When a card is sent by email, the first page is clear, and has a link to your website which is all that is needed. When the recipient clicks to view, the only thing they should see on the second page is their card. Instead there are multiple boxes to view, which, whatever name you give it, is advertising. It's confusing, and also, not what I paid for.

It's a fun and unique site & loved the videos. Although can be better if more variety of new and oldies songs were offered every quarterly period so that it's fresh & interesting.

I joined because my friends had an awesome one where the figures actually had their faces whereas a face, not mine, was just plunked over where mine should have been :( I t just isn't for me so I never sent it... thanks

After receiving a JibJab video card from a family member, I was so taken with the video that I decided I would use the same company for all my cards from now on. Everyone that has received them have said they really enjoyed them, they are a card they can keep.

I love the members only jib jab but the ones that dance and are silent with motion and no music disappoint me. I thought something was wrong with my membership. It is not clearly explained that not all have music attached. You need to be more clear on that. But other wise I have had a ton of fun with it..

I love jib jab, there is never one that doesn't make me laugh at some point. I could play with these all day.

I love jibjab but need lots more motion in dancing to choose from. In all section. Especially partys and birthdays

I use jib jab every year for our holiday announcement and I don't see that tradition ending anytime soon.

WOULD like it if all Christmas/Holiday themes were out by Thanksgiving.

I had been member a couple of years ago and gave it up as the choice of cards/templates were so limited. Joined again recently and am very disappointed to find nothing has been added to or updated. Big thumbs down, jib jab

I'm using your service to make a funny video to show some of my clients with their faces at a holiday party the company is organizing, I was hoping for at least a 720p downloaded video, but the size you offer is ridiculous, I understand is mainly for emails, phone or just the link itself, but the downloaded version should be something useful in the 21st century.

We have 6 in our family, and you never have cards with enough people in them to do our entire family. Plus we have 7 employees and can't do a company card, either :(

Poor. Have used many times before and has been so easy. Gave up and cancelled membership
