Quick fun and easy to do, but when I share on Facebook most people don't or won't follow the link to jibjab because it takes them out of facebook and is more of an advertisement for jibjab than something funny I did for their entertainment.

Paid for a membership plus paid for videos and upon posting to facebook, the links and videos didn't work. Very disappointed and I haves used this for myself personally, with my business, and for my clients and now it's not working

I already bought membership for one year, why can't I upload my videos? And when I share them there is WAY too much advertisement of JibJab. Plus, people have to go to your website to even just play a video!
Not fun!

Sometimes it's real hard to get faces to match up with the heads, but I love making people laugh when they see themselves

I was a little disappointed that I was unable to trial a message before I had to subscribe and it was not clear that I would need to pay 12 months subscription in advance. Also I would have liked to be able to use more characters to enable a longer message to be attached. Other than that the site was easy to use and lots of fun.

I had to cancel my membership cause I haven't been using it so it didnt make sense in my situation to renew. Doing this was the easiest it's ever been with any site. My issue was resolved in less thenergy 24hrs no questions asked. I love that. I wish all sites could be this easy

I made my family crack up with our JibJab and my condo workers laughed out loud as well. I love all the choices of music and characters. Plus, JibJab is so easy to use. Awesome!

Why am I paying a yearly renewable fee if I still have to pay a price for each card I make? Is this just a cash grab? I just paid 18$ and then had to pay another 2$ to make a Christmas card.

I love making these animated videos and sharing them with friends.

Instead of sending X-mas cards this year, I decided to become a member and send out a Funny card to many of our family and friends. The response was overwhelming to say the least. So glad everyone enjoyed our Christmas card from Jib Jab! We received many comments and likes. Loved making other people happy with our viral rendition! Keep up the good work Jib Jab!

The whole family has giggled together time after time! We even include our pets for extra chuckles!

Unhappy with the continuous charges for downloading a copy of each completed video. I wouldn't have paid the membership charges if I knew more charges would be waiting to destroy my enthusiasm after each one.

It's a fun convenient way to express yourself and reach many people at once

This was so much fun to create and I like how JibJab photo app make it easy to position faces. So many fun choices and my family loves seeing themselves in the videos!

It began with a Jib Jab card I recibed and wanted to create one to send out. Created an account, paid the yearly fee than it would not let me proceed. It would not let me finish the greeting I started and would not let me sign in on any other device. Not very happy at the moment.

Have done these cards for the past few years and everyone gets a kick out of them. I love personalizing them with goofy expresssions. Great idea for the holidays.
