Love searching the videos for just the right message.
Only problem is I need to send it to myself first as JibJab can end up in junk and receiver doesn't know they even have it.

The whole family enjoyed the videos. Thanks for the laughs.

I wanted to send my jibjab movie... but my email provider would not allow it
To be sent because the file was too large.
I reduced the file to a small MP4 file... but many people who
I sent the film to were not able to watch the film with Sound.

My experience was very positive when buying the e card, however I somehow ended up buying a membership which I didn't want or need. I have asked for a refund and now hopefully it will be coming on its way to me, although I have not had notification that they have even received the refund form.

This has been one of the best and easiest ways to spread cheer. You are able to upload a lot of different pictures, so don't worry about not being able to get everyone you want into one of the Jib Jabs. My Co-workers are now asking to create one for New Years.

I have enjoyed the videos and look forward to making other people laugh like I did. Great concept!

Need to be more creative & fun like for the Christmas season.

Most of the videos don't open up for me to add my "heads". The $18 I spent was a total rip-off. I would love your site if it worked properly. Will definitely NOT renew next December.

This is my second year with Jibjhab. I really love the cards and the price is really low for a whole year of these cards. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the lack of new cards. Please add new cards for people who have already sent the ones they love.

I thought there was maybe 1 card that was funny... the rest were marginal at best

Overall I like this app a lot, but 2 things that could be done to improve it would be: 1) the download app doesn't orient itself for a horizontal view on an ipad and 2) it would be nice if the app either loaded my contacts into its own address book or it would automatically search for an address book or contacts to use for who to mail to. But still, very smart & funny!

The first one I created did not have the faces I put on the video! Hope I wasn't charged for that! The second one, went to the wrong email & I haven't been able to find it to send out again. Very upset over this

Thank you for providing such a fun template for our Christmas greeting card! My only problem was the email address list seemed to pull up old addresses that are not valid anymore and I didn't know how to find the ones that wouldn't work so that I could delete them. Also the limitation of 50 addresses was a problem for me. The card has generated some great laughs! THANKS

Was funny but didn't post well on face book. Also I figured for 18 dollars I would get the video free but it cost another 1.99. Guess I didn't understand that. Does it cost every time you use it?

The card wanted a mouth on the faces. It was difficult to do. Made the people's faces look stupid. Should've not had the mouth.

Biggest dislike. I thought I was paying $1.50 +/- To make a card.
Then I see the amount on my c card to be $18.00

I don't want it for a year. I won't be usIng it!

I'll never use JibJab again.

I enjoyed placing the faces of my friends and family on the Christmas jibjab videos. They all enjoyed watching then. Well worth the $$

Making a holiday video starring me was pretty straight-forward and easy to share. Got a lot of laughs.
