There is a wide variety of e-cards and videos to choose from. The grandparents got a good laugh out of the ones I used to wish them a happy New Year and a merry Christmas.

I'd not been actively using JJ. So, when I received the notice that I'd auto-renewed, I emailed JJ and asked them to stop my auto-renewing choice.
Not only did they get right back to me but they also refunded my latest contribution.
No questions asked. Hard to find good customer service that JJ exhibited.

I didn't realize I was being charged a year for 18.00... I don't do jib jab that much. Too time consuming. Rather send a card!

Totally misleading purchase. It makes you think you're buying one use for christmas and it is a year's subscription. Who would ever need a year's subscription on this.

It's easy to use and lots of fun. There are cards for every occasion, and this will provide a lot of fun for everyone.

Everyone enjoyed the videos I sent them. Easy to put together and forward to other mediums like facebook etc. I love using it.

It was better when offered free a few years ago. More creative, cuter movies, better songs, more variety. I'm very disappointed. Did not get wow feed back! I would like to decline and get my money back.

It's a lot of fun! Not a lot of choices though. Would like cards with 2 people on them. Your site is a lot of fun. Please keep improving it! Thanks!

My family hasn't laughed that hard in a while. Excellent entertainment. Really enjoy the ease of use.

I have had fun with them and like the dance type however there does not seem to be a very good variety especially for single b-day cards.

Can find where to make videos, only gifs. This is very confusing.

I am not a computer person and I was unsure that I could create a card. Directions are easy and I did it! Grand-kids in Japan loved it. Looking forward to sending more. This is easy and fun.

Enjoy using, just wish you can correct videos that move my mouth with mustaches. Tks to tech I'm able to make videos But with mouth not moving..

This is a no-brainer if you want people to remember yourself. It inspires jokes and leaves a great impression!

Lots of fun and lots of laughs and the feed back from recipients is great! It is also fun putting the cards together.

Everything is fine, nice and funny. I haven't been logged in for long time from Xmas 2015 and all my saved videos and heads just disappeared from my jib jab account. I am member since Jan 2012. Where are they?

Lots of fun. Wish there were more video and card options. Would be nice if it was possible to go back and re-edit.
