Was disappointed I was still asked for $$$ to download a video. I thought membership gave you full video which it did, but then wanted more to download a video.

It is fun to create different cards, but even more fun for people who are receiving jib jab cards... I like the whole experience. Thanks.

I love it and so do my grandkids! When I babysit them and get them ready for bed, they say can be do JibJab? I have 5 of them so I get out my phone and I create some funny ones for them and we laugh. They love the Halloween ones and the farting ones!. I wish I could access the ones I created though and not have to re-create them all over again on my phone.

I always enjoy Jib Jab, I only wish that you could choose a template and decide how many people you put in video, instead of having to use 5, you could choose to use 1, or 2...

I have been watching jibjab since I was in college years ago, when it was about the year in review or presidents. I do miss those, but making my own has been fun too. My family loves them.

Only thing I wish was different was that there were more cards where you could pick the number of people. The Christmas cards have many like that, but not many of the others.

Not really impressed with the options that I have seen so far. Hopefully things will change. I now remember why I dropped this site several years ago.

I paid your $18 fee and tried out the service. You state I can have a refund. It was difficult to discover HOW to ask for that refund on your website. I found a link in your Terms of Conditions and used it to request a refund. But, to date, no refund has occurred.

So, is my only option to pay for the service although I will not be using it and dismantle your automatic renewal?

It was so easy to make the heads. I've entertained my family and friends with the cyber made cards! They are wonderful. Everyone watches them over and over again. The cards are so funny! You cannot beat the price.

I checked with the people I sent the message to and they both said they did not receive the card. I told them to ckeck their spam and they found it.
Obviously some e mail servers think these messages are spam.
Jib Jab needs to address this issue.

At first I was having trouble accessing my photos and getting the "head" of those I wanted to feature on the card. However, there is plenty of support and I found that it was not as difficult as I thought. I am glad that I signed up for JibJab. My friends love getting the cards!

I loved the JibJab I made and shared! Everyone cracked up! It was a little tricky trying to get the mouths right.

These cards are fun and cheap. I wish the app and the website synced the photos and saved the cards. Feels like the attention to detail just isn't there.

The cards are great and fun to make but I had a lot of difficulty with the website. Very frustrating

Great way to remember family and friends on special days with a little humor. What else can I say, I like and all my recipients like it too.

Had a lot of trouble getting a face to fit. Also thought I should not have to pay extra to download for myself.

I was disappointed that the website kept changing the way my text was formatted and I couldn't figure out how to get my card text printed the way I wanted it to be.
