Really not worth it - takes too much time and money only to never be able to open it in an email. Disappointing!
I really enjoyed creating my JibJab e-greeting for five friends. E-delivery was a bit problematic, however. After a day or two, I got in touch with the recipients & only one had received hers. The others, the e-greeting took longer than that to arrive and it was shunted into their "promotionals" mail folder. If I had not alerted my friends that I sent an e-greeting, they would not have seen it.
This is an incredibly funny site! Great way to surprise family and friends!
I asked for a refund of a subscription fee that I was unaware of and it was done immediately, and with pleasure. Not usually the pleasant experience you get when asking for refunds. I was impressed!

I love the ecards. I had issues with the website. Sometimes I hit a page and it was just a bunch of links and the images were messed up. I also purchased a card for download. When I hit the card again, it should just say, "Purchased and will be available for download shortly." Instead I had the purchase link show up again. Also, I don't like it that I have to subscribe in order to make a purchase. I wish you had a "members" price and a "non-members" price. The subscription really hinders more people using your cards.
The site is nicely developed and easy to use and the product price is good value. Also, I had to cancel a purchase and got instant and relevant support and the money was sent back without question.
Very good application. Easy to use, fine results.
I understand it's normal to pay a yearly redevance.
But I don't think it's normal to pay for every video I dowload for sharing with friends or family.
Or did I misunderstand ant there is a way to download video's for nothing.

I have enjoyed using Jib Jab over past few years however a serious illness forced me to request a cancelation of my subscription. I thought this would be a drawn out difficult process, sending off an email I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within a few hours. Heather handled my request swiftly and efficiently. I cannot thank Jib Jab enough.
The first time I saw Jib Jab, I knew I had to become a member! It was with cute little Christmas Elves and I never forgot it. Jib Jab is so fun and makes me LAUGH. When I make them up for Friends... they love them just as much and Thank Me. They Brighten your Day... we ALL need to laugh more. So worth the money. The cost of 1 card per month and you can make as many as you want and have a blast doing it! The recipients love them as well!
I signed up after being away for over a year and they still did not have many new choices and I am already bored with it after sending cards to only two different people
I HAVE A LOT OF FUN WITH MY FRIENDS ON JIB JAB, AND THEY GET A A CHUCKLE OUT OF IT ALSO... THEY GET REALLY EXCITED TO SEE THEIR FACES ON FACEBOOK IN THE LITTLE SKITS AND MOVIES THAT YOU HAVE... THANK YOU!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
