Great customer service!

I had decided I was not going to renew my JibJab subscription this year after an auto payment had been taken. I contacted customer service and Danielle contacted me within a couple of hours! She was very courteous and understanding. She had my account straightened out by the next morning! Thank you Danielle!

Fun-Fun-Fun!

At school, we used Jib-Jab as an adult inspiring tool at faculty meetings.
Some are not appropriate for students.
Some are... kids enjoyed the funny encouragement from the principals. Who wouldn't want to see their principal sky diving off a diving board and saying you can beat any test!? Hilarious!

Got a notice that I had been charged for Jib Jab. This was a surprise to me, so I sent an e-mail to them and within a day the issue had been resolved. I appreciate fast service, and also the fact that they followed up to explain what had happened. Very happy with the service and the speedy resolution.

JibJab ASKED if I wanted a refund!

When an auto-renew charge hit my credit card, one of the options in the notification email I got asked if I wanted to request a refund. When does that ever happen?! I clicked on that option and my money was refunded within 48 hours. That kind of customer-centered service will have me coming back to JibJab in the future!

I thought I had cancelled my membership but when it was paid out of my PayPal account, I sent an e-mail of inquiry to JibJab. The same day I received an e-mail that they received my message and the following day I received a full refund!

Terrible customer service. No phone number! Only use email and then take TWO DAYS to answer it. They zap that credit card with no delay, no problem. But talk to you, hell no.

New year's card

The card I ended up using was brilliant. Still made me smile after a 1/2 dozen views. The reason I didn't give 5 stars... I wish there were 2 more options. First I think a one time card for $5 would make you a fortune! Again and again I would like to send a one time card and don't want to spend the $18. I think you would get a lot more impulse buyers. And second... I bought the slaughter of a christmas tree one year and Scrooge one year... I really like a bit of a story line, a pay off, a surprise in the card... most of the cards are just dancing... no story. I think the entertainment/enjoyment factor would go way up. A great product... thanx Daniel
