Used once, wont let me back in, wont email password. Took money and ran notifing PayPal of fraud. Total waste of money. Cannot use, cannot access. They won't email password
Once I got the hang of capturing facial images, the rest of the experience went pretty well. I had to spend a lot of time re-centering my wife's picture so that she didn't look fat in the E-Card.
Wish it could have been free, but it was worth the $18 considering the response we received. Had fun showing my husband our new look! Can't wait to do another one for another holiday!
I loved the Grease valentine card I eventually sent my wife (and more importantly, so did she), and think it was worth the money I spent. But I did not like that I did not discover the cost of the card until I finished setting everything up. The Facebook link was touting free e-cards. It showed an image of the Grease card. And the Grease card was not a free e-card.
Jibjab e-cards are a five-star rating, even at the cost. But my experience with having an advertised-as-free card turn into a paid card is not. I don't mind paying for services. I don't like hidden fees or gotcha fees.
Good products. Great imagination and service! I will purchase from this store again! Keep the new stuff coming. It's always great to see.
Although the cards offered by Jib Jab are clever and original, I was put off by the purchase process. I saw instructions which suggested that I was agreeing to pay a little over $1 for the card I created, which was fine. Instead, I had my card charged for an $18 annual fee to subscribe to Jib Jab.

Great site but your decieved into thinking you can save your cards, once you pay you find out saving them is another 2 dollars per card
Very entertaining, not just for me but for most of my subjects as well. Will definately subscribe again in a year if the product is still available at about the same price:-)
Only one complaint: on my first attempt I didn't get the mouth quite right. If there is a way to go back and edit it, that wasn't apparent to me. So I started from scratch several times until I got it right.

I've been a JibJab subscriber for over 5 years. It comes in handy for those last minute times I forgot to send a card, or when I just feel like spreading some JibJab Joy!
Being married for 35 years, having raised our family and now into the grandparent business, JibJab provided options other than the usual flowers, candy and dinner. The novelty of our ecard was a hit with friends and family.

I create and send JibJab cards for each family member's birthday. I would love to see more options that are G rated. I've pretty much used up the "good" ones in the past 2 years. My family loves receiving these cards, but every now and then a family member does a "REPLY ALL" with comments about the sexual innuendos in a card I sent which I wasn't aware of until HE pointed them out. I'd like to be able to select and send NEW JibJab cards each year and NOT have a repeat of embarrassment caused by the "suggestive" messages in the card(s). THANK YOU!
