I paid 1.99 for a video and my bank was charged 38.00 continually for subscription I did not authorize. Didn't even get the stupid video I made. Scam

Very happy with the jib jabs I sent and how easy they were to make. They made for a lot of fun for my Grandchildren.

I didn't notice the instructions for animating the mouths and my first card was wrong. I was able to fix this... wish the editing process didn't require starting from scratch. Also, it would be great if there was an option to incorporate more than 5 sometimes. Otherwise, this was fun and all enjoyed the card/exprerience!

I made one and paid $1.99 and then went back to download it and the page keeps asking me to pay $1.99--and then I somehow got charged for a year membership which I do not want! I just wanted to pay to make a video! Hopefully I can cancel the membership and get a refund. I eventually got a link to download the video but I can't even EDIT faces, I have to start over if I want to correct mouth placement--too tedious for my taste.

You guys need to warn about things like that. This video is useless to me now...

This site makes it easy for old dogs to learn new FUNNY tricks. So go ahead - join! I received the singing birthday cake and a Christmas "card" with family faces and laughed real hard. I decided I wanted to be a sender, too. Now I am!

I was disappointed to find that I had to join to see what I was getting.
Have not found it particularly user friendly and range of offerings, limited in style, unlikely to fully cater for my needs. Amusing but no subtlety.

It only took two tries for me to get the hang of making great cards/short movies for Easter! Everyone loved getting them with their family as the star.

I love this site. So much better than just sending an e-card. There's such a variety of themes to choose from.

Not happy about the automatic renewal on my credit card.
There should be an option.
It is not a convenience, it is taking advantage of a customer.
Will not recommend to my friends.

Fun... there should be an option for photo editing so that they can fit the faces better. Otherwise, an enjoyable way to have some fun.

It was very easy and lots of fun to make and send animated cards. My father got a huge kick out of it, and now that I have a subscription, I'll be using it all year long.

I am so glad I got this. My family LOVED seeing the videos starring them. It was a lot of fun on Easter. I did have trouble with a few videos. They could not be opened via mail or facebook, but other than that it was great. Loved seeing the family laugh.

I purchased JibJab to send some fun Easter cards to my children and grandchildren. I only wish that there were a few more cards that were appropriate for children to be protrayed in. The cards I chose were well received by all!

I created about 15 JibJabs depicting the 15 individuals at an Easter party. They went over wonderfully. Thanks, JibJab. Good work!

It was fun and easy to make a video to amuse all of my family. I will be doing it again. Hope there is a birthday video available.
