I spent $44 plus tax and shipping on the Lux collection. The candles are supposed to be high quality and the jewelry is supposed to be sterling silver. You could barely smell the scent of the candle and the jewelry is not sterling its plated junk
The stone fell out of my ring the first time I wore it. The company responded by saying they don't guarantee their rings. With shipping and tax I paid 20 bucks for a bar of smelly soap.
Horrible experience with this company. My fiance had ordered me the rose scented candle as a Valentine's gift and the order also came with an additional ring. Rings were supposed to be size 7. I received Bamboo Rain scent beads and rings that were sizes 9 and 10. My fiance has tried to fix the mistake that they made, but they won't do anything for us. My fiance spent almost $40 just for me to receive the wrong item. They won't fix their mistake and they won't refund him the money that was way over the cost of the item I actually received. After shipping and taxes the item I received should've only been around $28, so he is owed $12 that they are refusing to refund him. They won't even allow us to return the product for a refund because I "broke the seal" the only seal was the box the item was shipped in. The lid was barely even on the jar for the beads. I can day I am thoroughly disappointed in this company and will definitely be telling anyone I know NOT to waste their money on this scam.
Jewelscent candles are amazing! The scent beats Big name brand hands down. Love the soaps, body scrub and body cremes also. It is like cracker jacks for adults! They have a scent for everyone. Products are shipped well! If a broken item arrives they replace asap no issues. Best customer service! Postal service is not easy on packages. It does happen on occasion.

This company is not honest with ring appraisals. They will claim costume jewelry is worth $80 or more when it isn't even worth $5. The issue has been brought up with them and they only had excuses. They think appraisals can be based on how much a retail store would sale the jewelry for. However, if you took the jewelry to an appraiser they will tell you how junky the jewelry really is.
Very bad company, they didn't pack the candles correctly. It's like if they throw every thing in the box and that's it. Don't want to reimburse those 2. Jewelry are costume and not sterling. Quality is ugly and what about the smell of the candles... yarkkkk. Go away. Try: Royal Canadian Candles, Charmed Aroma or Jeweled Secrets. My opinion. Thank you
I purchased a hope candle for my mom after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She loved it and bought me one, after that I bought a few for myself. The highest ring value I have received is $66. I have a raspberry crush burning in my office, and I get comments down the hall about how strong smelling it is. I love these candles! I may start trying a soap or a body scrub!
My Boyfriend got me 2 lavender candles for my birthday. Really didn't smell like anything and they gave me the wrong ring size. :(
I ordered several of these, in order to decide if I wanted to sell them. First of all, none of them smelled very good. Reminded me of wax with essential oils mixed in. Two of the candles that I received had no wick above the wax line, so I had to carve out the wax in order to light them. ALL of the candles I received had $15 junk rings inside. A few of them were kind of cute, many were just cruddy looking, and all of them were junk. I think for maybe $10 apiece, they might be a fun gift for a teenager. For $24-$25 plus shipping, it's just a ripoff. Also, I think the company needs to clearly state what percentage of their candles contain valuable jewelry in them. To say that they don't know because they randomly put the jewelry in is just a way of avoiding giving an honest answer. (And therefore, a scam).
The candles don't put out a huge scent. You have to burn them for hours to at least smell it somewhat. It was a fun idea, I ordered one for myself and daughter for Christmas and we each received a $15 ring. I was happy with the product, maybe I need to try a different scent next time!
