Great products, AMAZING customer service, and as a rep, the support infrastructure is beyond compare! How many other DS Reps can say they are friends with not only over 100 other consultants, Field Development Training staff, CS reps, VP of Sales/Co Founder, AND the Founder/CEO!? LOVE my company!

I have tried a lot of these products and love the smell of everyone I got. My husband and kids just love these products! Customer service has always been great to me! Once my mother ordered a candle and on one of their deals to get a free Ring and Pendant and we forgot to write in the code so I emailed Customer Service and told them about my problem and they got right back to me the same day. They told me they could fix my problem this one time and they did. It was a matching beautiful light blue colored ring and pendant which my mom gave away as a Christmas present to my Aunt and she loved it! My kids also love the Candles, Bath Bombs, Soap, Body Scrubs! We love this company and order all the time! It's exciting to order and wait for our products cause we can't wait to smell our favorite scents and find that surprise (ring) in our products! All my rings have been beautiful and I wear a couple all the time..

The products are AMAZING! They are shipped in a timely manor. Everything smells so good! I haven't found a scent that i have disliked. My favorites are birthday cake and gardenia. The scents are just right, and make my entire home smell AMAZING.
The bath bombs are literally the BOMB! They don't leave a greasy residue and no ring around my tub, they are HUGE and my bathroom smells so good the next day!
One time i was shipped someone elses order, i called customer service and they shipped mine to me in 2 days and let me keep the one they sent to me incorrectly! The customer service is super friendly and very helpful. The site is super easy to navigate. If i could give 100 stars i would!

My first time getting JewelScent was from my boyfriend as a birthday present! Candle, Aroma Beads & soap :) In the Aroma Beads I got a $45 clear stone ring that I fell in love with. Since, Ive ordered wax tarts and candles. My favorite scents so far are Dragons blood and Dark Forest wax tarts!
I dont understand why theres so many negative reviews. Ive had to contact customer support about a miss product in my box & they fixed it right away. During the holidays any business gets an overflow of work so its understandable why there would be slower responses around holidays.

My advice, give them a chance. :)

I ordered a candle, matching wax tart and bath bomb for my wife. Although, I knew the odds of getting a real expensive jewel was real low, my wife was excited more about finding the prize. I see all these people upset that the ring wasn't real. The boxes tell you the rings start at $15... what did you expect? (even real jewelry can turn you green - it's the acid in your body) My wife keeps telling me I will be in the doghouse if I don't order again!

I have fallen in love with JewelScent. I dont even wear a lot of jewelry but I love that the candles have a consistent scent the entire way through. I have one that sits on my stove and has been melted over and over from the heat of the stove and the smell is always the same. My favorite products by far have been the scrubs and body cremes though. I have never seen a scrub that wasnt oily.

After several orders and different products, I joined the company. I sell occasionally, but lately its been for my own discount since life got in the way. I have tried other companies and have not found one I liked as well.
