I got my ring at noon today, I did paperwork at work all afternoon and I noticed when I got home there was a stone missing already! That is bad. It didn't even last 24 hours. I won't order anything else from this place.
They have great customer service beautiful jewelry I highly recommend them for anybody to order from second time I've oreded from them and I'm not disappointed at all I will gladly order from them again

I ordered Mother's Day earrings and a necklace for my wife. It was supposed to arrive May 7th. Here I am on May 19th with nothing to show for my order. Apparently, UPS "lost" it and the claim takes "8-15 days" to resolve. Buyer beware, yes I know it looks nice online, but trying to get it is another story. I'd pony up a little more money next time and just buy locally.

Delivery Fail - the company that was to deliver my ring switched packages, delivered light bulbs instead! He 'took a photo of my delivery in front of my garage with my house # on it", however switched packages & delivered light bulbs instead. We have it on camera but still denied and ignored by the delivery company & Jeulia. Delivery company is not answering calls, ghosted me and I'm out my rings & my money.

Phenomenally gorgeous pieces of beautiful jewelry. Quality is excellent. Customer Service and response time is fantastic. I've now ordered multiple rings and will continue to purchase from Jeulia. After multiple orders, I couldn't decide which ring was my favorite. Now that I've found it, I'm ordering the ring with Moissanite stones. If you haven't seen the Moissanite collection, check it out, it is also AMAZING. I get at least 2-3 compliments per day about the ring(s) I'm wearing that day. You'd never guess my favorite ring is not a true Diamond because of the exceptional quality, design, and craftsmanship!

It takes such a long time for to get back a refund. And they over rided PayPal on my account and I cancel and they pulled the money out anyways. Took for ever to get my money defunded to my back. They tried to give me credit from them. Never will do bussiness again with them.

I couldn't be happier with Jeulia jewelry. I got my promise ring from their site and now 4 years later I got a wedding set from their website and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product! I will definitely be recommending my friends to shop on their site!

(I've updated this posting at the bottom, but left the original posting in it's frustrating entirety as to share the gist of this experience)
Regarding an actual refund, they are relentless in providing nothing.
Jeulia is an overseas company (Hong Kong) that talks a sweet game on their website regarding "Customer Satisfaction" and their "Return Policy." However, it's a manipulative sham that you'll begin to taste immediately if you need to return a product: Starting with their way over-complicated filing of a return, then through the handful of emails where they begin to beg you to simply do an exchange (they keep your money). When you continue to state you simply want to return the product (brand new) for a monetary refund, they will continue to push a credit for merchandise (at 7 emails, w/7 different customer service agents, and counting).
Regarding an actual refund, they are relentless in providing nothing.
I've handled this, until now, in the most professional of manners with exacting communication and information as to avoid any delays. No matter. They are trained to stall, beg, literally beg, in an attempt to avoid returning your money. As I'm now reading other Jeulia reviews on websites other than Jeulias, I now understand this thievery of time (and maybe money, we'll see) is who and what they are.
**Update: After at least 10 back-and-forth emails with 10 different customer services reps (each trying to persuade/encourage/incentivize and, at times, beg, me to exchange vs. refund, the return and refund are now complete. They refunded my money minus the $10 shipping charge (and the $5 it cost me to ship it back [which is half the cost they charged me for shipping]). This process took 10 dedicated days to see through. It really wasn't worth my time to do this, but it was for the principle. This group is designed to wear you down into an exchange. It's a horribly frustrating, manipulating and embarrassing tactic of yesteryear and I'd stay completely clear from doing any future business with them.
PS: I hardly ever write reviews in the negative. This is/was entirely necessary

I have purchased several rings, earrings, and necklaces from Jeulia. I've been complimented on every single piece of jewelry I wear from them. The diamond rings look so real! Now I can wear gorgeous jewelry at a price I can afford. I can have a lot more items. The quality is great, the price is great, and their customer service is great!

The website intentionally describes the stones as "white diamonds" and "red ruby" of which neither are diamond or Ruby's. When I complained and returned my order, after being mislead, I was told I could only receive store credit. So when I requested a shipping label to return my order, they told I would have to pay for my own return shipping, then once my order was on its way back, out of my hands and payed the shipping fees myself, then they informed me I wouldn't receive a full refund because I had received free shipping for spending a certain amount, that the " free shipping cost" on my purchase was to be subtracted from my refund. Horrible service.

I bought a ring with multiple tiny stones, costed around 175 euros, after wearing it occasionally for 2 months the (golden) ring started becoming black and loosing color. Since there was a lockdown i wasn't able to return it physically because the poste office was closed in my country, but after the lockdown ended the "customer service" told me that it's too late.
So I took the ring to a local jewelry store and they confirmed that the material is cheap and there's no way there's silver or gold plating on that ring (the description said: silver&gold plated).
So that's my horrible experience with this "company".

I ordered a ring on march 19. Still have yet to receive it and no one at customer service can even tell me when it will be done No phone number. Just an e mail. And they give excuses. It has been over three weeks and still no answer when i will get my ring. I want my ring or my money!

I still haven't heard anything related to a ring I ordered February 9 2021. I'm getting the run around. Last Friday I received a message to wait a few days after I contacted the company last week. I contacted them yesterday, and was told again to wait a few more days. I highly doubt I'll even get it. There are multiple complaints related to Jeulia on the Better Business Bureau site. This ring was ordered as a gift. The company is quick taking your money but I regret I ordered the ring from Jeulia. Lesson learned. From now on I'll be ordering rings from a reputable company. If I could give Zero stars I would. I purchased two rings, not special ordered on 2/7/21 and they just arrived today 3/29/21. It took 2 months to arrive. During that time I sent about 4 emails asking where my rings were and kept getting the same answer. Due to COVID we are experiencing delays. Lies! For anyone who does not know China literally shuts down for the whole month of February for a Moon or Spring celebration. I forget what it is called. So instead of being honest they keep blaming COVID. Second lie - their website looks as if it is in the USA because it Shows a California address. Not true. All product comes from China. I read a previous review from someone who thought their product was coming from Germany, so there must be another website out there fronting as a German company. I sent the company a final email last week and said I wanted to cancel my order and give me a refund because I was tired of waiting. Next morning I get an email telling me that my item has shipped. Seriously? So that 's what it takes to get your order, threaten and then they ship it. Very Very disappointed with my service. I will never purchase anything from them again. I do not recommend ordering anything unless you don't mind waiting. Oh, and I tried leaving this review on their website and I was blocked. It would not let me post it. So the reviews on the website are not true and honest reviews.

Whatever you do DO NOT spend your money with them. I bought a ring that looked nice in the pictures, but once i received the ring it was totally different in person. They are selling cheap, fake bublegum machine jewelry and uploading nice pictures to sell it. DO NOT buy from them it is a pure scam, And to make matters worse they wouldn't even refund me my money. After 2 weeks the gold plated ring started to fade... I take off my ring when I wash my hands, get in the shower and clean... I make sure no chemicals touch the ring, so I don't understand how it's fading smh, I wish I could of sent it back but I threw the receipt and other paper in the trash by mistake ugh... This is the 3rd ring from different places I picked out and they all faded... maybe I just need to tell my fiancé to get me a real ring.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
