I bought a ring set in October 2015, and received it in November. The ring lost its finish after wearing it for 12 days, I contacted them after several failed attempts they finally responded back and requested that I send the ring back at my cost of $9.67 on November 12. They received it on November 14... They said I had to pay a custom size of $20, so I did, and continued to get nothing from them, no response nothing. I received a text from them on November 24 saying that they can't cancel my order, but will refund me my $20 custom order fee, and that I should be receiving my ring soon. On November 30 I received my new ring. On December 9 a stone fell out and I contacted them with zero response back, so I contacted pay pal and they were instructed by Jeuila to have me send the ring back to China, at my cost of $11.37, and as soon as they received the ring back they will refund my money. I sent the ring back on December 28, and it arrived in San Francisco on on January 1 at 4:23 a.m. And left San Francisco at 7:43 a.m. to China I guess... I did as I was told by pay pal with instructions from Jeuila, however neither Jeuila or pay pal informed me that once it leaves the United States that there is no tracking available... so it's February 12 and I have nothing, and Jeuila will not respond back to me at all, and pay pal closed my claim because it went over the 20 days and that they can't confirm delivery of package. So at this point I am without the ring and without my money... they are scammers.

I ordered one ring for my wife, which arrived and my wife decided she did not like it. Started the return process, and ordered two others that she liked better.
I have been fighting to get a refund on the first ring for 6 weeks. After not getting a response from Jeulia directly, I filed a Paypal claim, once Paypal approved the return, Jeulia requested I ship the ring to a different address, which I did. It was returned with tracking confirmed 12 days ago with a refund promised, still waiting. Paypal states they have denied my claim and will not do anything else about it because it was returned to the "wrong address" even though I have proof that Jeulia requested I ship it to a different address.
Once the second rings arrived my wife liked them, but within two days of wearing the black ring the black plating started flaking off. Jeulia has not responded to my complaint.
So to sum up, the rings may be pretty to start with but the quality is only skin deep, customer service is non-responsive, and lies.
DO NOT DEAL WITH JEULIA JEWELRY!

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. If you can get through they just answer and say "hello" so you think it's a wrong number bc what business answers the phone that way.
I ordered a ring and the wrong ring was sent to me. It's the same ring except aquamarine sidestones instead of sapphire. I called customer service and it literally took 10 minutes for the person to understand what the problem was. I was finally offered to return the ring (I'd have to pay the shipping) or a $10 refund when there is a $40 price difference or just shy of $30 if you apply the sale price and coupons I used at the time of purchase. For over a month I called and emailed asking for a supervisor bc they were basing the refund amount on the current price of the less expensive ring to the sale price of the ring I actually purchased. I continued to explain that this is unfair, the only fair way to calculate the refund would be the sale price of the ring to the sale price of the ring I actually bought at time of purchase or to calculate the refund off the difference of current price of both rings. Over a month later a supervisor finally contacted me and offered me a $15 refund or to return the ring (which I had no confidence in doing based upon the terrible customer service, nor was I willkng to pay for). Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and filed a dispute with them and they were able to get the company to give me the fair refund I was asking for.
The ring is very pretty, though I would've liked it much better if it was the ring I actually ordered but I will never buy from them again based on their horrific customer service! Buyers beware!

My fiancé and I struggled with agreeing on a wedding ring for me. We were on a budget and everything I saw at major jewelry stores left me cold and unexcited. A friend suggested I try JEULIA. I immediately found this ring and fell in love. We ordered it, received it quickly and I was not disappointed. It is beautiful! Communicating with JEULIA was so easy and a pleasure. She is available to answer any questions and is extremely professional and nice. I'm so glad I found her! It was a pleasure!

With a larger purchase, I was a little apprehensive ordering internationally but Jeulia was quick to respond both before and after my purchase, which helped greatly in putting my mind at ease.

Once the ring was completed and the geological inspection was completed, the ring shipped amazing fast from China to Philadelphia.

The ring was absolutely stunning. I proposed about a week later, and since that time my fiancée has been completely enamored with it. Needless to say, Jeulia made me look like a hero, and the ring is something we will both cherish forever.
