If you order any jewelry from Jeulia beware, if you are not satisfied with your purchase Good Luck returning they make it very difficult it took 5 days of emails asking for a return label or return procedure and they would just keep asking me to consider store credit before they finally gave me the info for a return, I had to pay to ship back and they deducted there shipping cost from my return.
I bought 3 pieces of jewelry from this company. After about 3 weeks I finally got a tracking number. When the order was delivered I opened it to look over everything and to my surprise I only received one piece of jewelry, the least expensive at that and the 'free gift' with purchase. I immediately contact them. Now it has been endless emails back and for being asked the same questions over - just worded differently. Instead of trying to make things 'right' for their customer they are placing blame. At this point they are blaming the shipper DHL.

Well made ring, just what I wanted. Good dispatch time and selker communication. All rings look amazing and i think anyone ordering will be satisfied.

I wouldn't give it one start, I've been waiting a whole month and it still hasn't shown up asked for a refund and told No as its still in shipment and hasn't made it to it's destination.(my address) I wasted $300NZ money on this site that states it's in NZ when it's a cheap store from china definitely don't waste your money go to Michele hill or Pasco

I took a chance an ordered something on 12/13/22.
I have yet to receive it. Decided to call customer service, all they did was rush me off the phone with some sort of bs date. It's cool, I'm going to see if I recieve my product, if not recieved by 1/2/23 I will chalk up as a lost. I already know getting my $ back will be damn near impossible but as alot of others I'll be filing For complaint, if I don't have my product or $$ back! Make sure it's exactly what you want because they don't care about there customers. $200 ring and am 6 days past there so called return policy because it wasn't given as gift till Christmas so I didn't know it wasn't going to fit the person and they don't care. Won't refund, return, replace or even give store credit. I'll never buy from them again.

Update to my original review. I finally received my necklace after it shipped 3 weeks ago. It is beautiful. I did have to contact the company about a dozen times in order to get any info on the item.

My ring is 3 months delayed, I had to call them at least 30 times, and when its finally shipped out they even asked for an extra fee. Absolute scam.

I did order the ring and I returned back it once i received. They already took 35% fee as per return policy. I accpted it. They did refuse to transfer back my money to my bank account. They transfer my money to store credit & refund and it can only used to buy new items. That isn't fair. Can I take back my money?

Well I had it stored until my wedding on October 30th. The band started to tarnish, but now that I'm wearing it, its beautiful. Hopefully it stays.

I ordered the Grim Reaper Hug Me ring and its just like in the picture! I ordered a size 8.5 and it fits perfectly! I highly recommend them for any jewelry. It's all beautiful craftsmanship, fast delivery and definitely worth getting
I was skeptical about ordering from a Chinese website but I received my order within 2 weeks. The ring is gorgeous. I followed up every few days and customer service was professional and courteous. I would order from again.
It's a scam. The items are super cheap looking. Good luck returning items without them charging you 35% of the cost. Don't buy from them, you will regret it *******%.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
