Most of the things I ordered were good I have no complaints about this company at all.
I have never had a problem when looking for items of interest. Easy to choose from selections posted, easy to navigate the purchasing system, and prompt delivery. I don't recall ever returning a purchase.
I have to admit since this does not refer to my purchase, I don't remember what the purchase was so I am unable to comment on it. Most of my shopping is online so unless an item is referred to I can't comment. Sorry
They deactivated my account, then wanted picture ID & other forms of identification, sorry I do not provide that information over the internet, they had my email & account number which should have been sufficient, I would never deal with this company again
It's been a month and haven't received order *******. I have ordered many times from you and have not waited this long.
I bought an item and it wasn't coming, after a serious follow up, money was refunded which is unfair and unprofessional. Another issue as that my tablet never worked and I was asked to return it a change but never received it.
I've been pleased w/all of my purchases from Choxi so far & W/the service & delivery time.

Ordered couple of rings. One waz not the one I wanted. They took my ring back, and sent the right one. Also got a pair of Bluetooth headset. Cost...$7.00 total. I have had them bout 3 yrs. I waited 3 weeks for a shipping date. On the 4th week, I was told it was out of stock. Apparently it was out of stock when I ordered it. If you don't have an item in stock, it shouldn't be listed. I don't care whether it's sent straight from the manufacturer or not. Technology exists today that you can instantly check on stock and if it's not available, then you should have a "Send Me An Email When Item Is In Stock" button.
I got a great deal on some Dawgs winter boots, the shipping was free and fast. I've worn those boots for two years now & they are still awesome.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
