I was very satisfied with my recent orders for sheets. They were received within a matter of days. The ordering process is easy with an option of protection through the Google Trusted Stores program(free). Also free delivery is offered during a certain time period provided by Choxi. I am notified via e-mail of this capability.
We swim year round and the spa robes are perfect when the weather is cool. Appreciated the $10 coupon too!
I ordered 2 items. The first arrived fine. The second? I never heard from the vendor. When I contacted Choxi they stayed their policy saying the vendor had a time frame to respond. Well something happened and I get a message that my money is being refunded due to lack of actin by the vendor. I didn't have tho char my item our money. That's an A+ in my wallet.

I ordered a couple of items: a Desk and a Watch. I Received the Desk in 2 days and the Watch in 3 days and Only Paid a total of $2 shipping Because of the Code Choxi Gave me. I also got 10% of the total. I compared the prices on other sites and Choxi on these Two items was Much Cheaper for the Same item and I Love my Products. Thank you Choxi.
The USPS delivers some of FedEx's packages in Milwaukee. My order from you was reported by tracking info as DELIVERED, but there was no package. USPS Customer Service requires a sender's address in its online help screen. The process will not move forward without one. I went to you for an address to give the USPS, but was not given one.
Every product that I have purchased from Choxi so far has been as advertised. Overall, the quality of the products are quite good and delivery of products are relatively expedient. I continue to return because the pricing of the products are within my budget. This is my 1st year ordering from this site and I have ordered approximately 15 items and have not returned any. I anticipate that I will be using this site for holiday gift shopping too and I have recommended the site to many friends and family.
Although shipping is rather slow, the product selection is interesting and are usually a bargain.
Choxi has great products with great prices, however, their shipping could be a little faster.

I've been shopping here for quite a few years.and just like any store whether online or otherwise there are issues. I contacted customer service and all of my issues were resolved in a reasonable time. I recommend choxi to all my family and friends...

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
