I love this over-the-body handbag. It is coming with me on vacation this week-end and holds my phone, pen, paper, wallet, lipstick etc. all in special compartments. There is ample room on the outside zippered, envelope style compartment for my keys, passport, and glasses. I recommend this handbag to everyone.
I ordered a tablet and one more item. The other item was shipped reasonably fast, but not the tablet. I never heard about the reason for the delay until I contacted Customer Service who let me know the manufacturer did not have any more tablets. I think they should have contacted me on their own. The reimbursement will take about a week. I ordered the tablet to take it with me on a trip. Now I will have to buy it at a local store because I don't have time to order one!

Great products at a great price but when the product is not available, you won't know until its never delivered so I emailed customer service who responded immediately late Sunday night and told me they would call the manufacturer first thing the next day. Again I got a very quick response telling me the manufacturer no longer has the product and my credit card will be reimbursed. EXCELLENT Customer Service!
Through NO FAULT of Choxi, the sofa cover I ordered was much lower quality than one I'd ordered on eBay last year.
COULD NOT REMOVE THE TOP OF ONE WITHOUT A STRUGGLE. THE OTHER TOP WAS ALMOST AS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE.
I ordered sheets that came very fast & they are excellent quality. I will be ordering from your site again. I just hope that when I do you have the stretch slip covers for the sofa again I went to order that yesterday only to find out that it was not available. Please bring that product back fast.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
