I ordered the 3 pk selfie sticks with remotes. One of my selfie sticks is missing a piece. I'm unable to attach the stick and the part that holds the phone because the area where you screw the two together is missing a piece.
I have always been pleased with the deals on Choxi. One of my best buys was a refurbished television that is simply beautiful. I had never bought anything refurbished before, so I was a little nervous. Now, I am a convert and I tell everyone about refurbished electronics. I have bought many other things and am always tickled to receive my items.

I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE TWO ITEMS THAT HAVE ARRIVED< HOWEVER< THE THIRD ITEM (which was ordered at the same time) has not arrived. It has been over 3 weeks since I placed the order.
I got a great price on some really nice top quality CA King sheets. I am really enjoying using them, they are so soft and smooth.
Delivery was slow. I checked the tracking and found that the package took 3 weekdays to travel 15 miles and that it spent a day and a half plus a 3 day weekend to travel the last 40 miles. I copied the tracking info into an email about the shipping and sent it to customer service. The reply was a form email telling me how to access tracking data.

My first item of two products got to me on time with no hassel. My second item took to long to arrive so I inquired about it. It seems the parent company could not ship the product, but I was not notified until I started an inquire!
Most of the products have been reasonably priced. I like the promo codes because it prompts me to buy from the site. I've used it each time. Their customer service is good. Only had to return one product that was DOA. I emailed and they responded very promptly.
Excellent diveristy in products they have available to suit the whole family at great savings and the best shipping rates. Keep up the good work and we will keep shopping at Choxi
Choxi inadvertently sent the wrong color of some sheets that I ordered. I called customer service and they resubmitted the order again and paid for the return of the wrong sheets. I have an excellent history with nomorerack.com and Choxi.com. I let as many people as I can know what a great company Choxi.com is and to give them a try.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
