For the most part the experience was good. The site some times kick me out and will not let me order at times.
The purchases are shipped very quickly & I haven't had any problems with any of the products.
I placed an order and everything was amazing and I am so happy with my product; however, I ordered a new comforter/bedset that we needed badly, and it was not the correct color. Beside the wrong color, it was exactly what we were looking for: not "too girly" for my husband & not "batchlor pad" for me.
I will for sure place another order in the future... I still need the new bedding! LOL
Both orders of boots, size 8 & size 11, are perfect.
In returning an automatic hair curler the staff I spoke with were great; issuing a Return Label since I'd lost packing slip. But I was disappointed to learn that I would get a credit of $22.10. (not sure I got the pennies correct) The curler cost $39 and with the $2 shipping I paid a total of $41 for the curler. That means I paid $18.90 to return that merchandise. Not liking that. Looking for a new retailer.
I had a very good experience very quick on shipping product
I have ordered from Choxi twice. The 1st time I never received the item and Choxi cancelled the order. The 2nd time one item was shipped and I still haven't gotten the other one nor any notice of ETA.
I had a problem with an item. The problem was handled quickly and I am satisfied.

Choxi, or nomorerack as they used to be called, is a joke! I ordered something from nomorerack years ago and have been trying to unsubscribe from their spam emails ever since! The bracelet I ordered was crap and definitely not worth the hassle I'm now dealing with. I have "successfully unsubscribed" literally four times, only to continue to receive their emails. I've emailed customer service, and they are snarky and condescending. Someone needs to shut them down!
I had two email accounts that somehow kept getting mixed up at checkout
I have already given my review, however will write another one. I was pleased with the product (sheets) and the timely manner they arrived. However I was promised a $10.00 coupon that I never received.
I have bought several items recently and have not been disappointed in the least
I ordered sheets in queen and twin sizes. I ordered all white but when I received them the queen sheets were beige and the twin ones were yellow. Not happy at all with the colors, the next time I will ship them back. Love the quality of the sheets just not the colors that I ordered.
Ordering and delivery were fine, but had to squeeze into the tank tops. Clearer size chart, please.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
